And afterwards he shall perform according to the order
as the Kabbalist Rabbi Maharhu z"l wrote in the book Sha'ar HaKavanot
And with this, one will understand the arrangement and the great intention that was in the secret of A"K etc. and also
And he shall make these letters through the intention of the names of Ma"h and Ba"n
which are Havayah like this: Yod He Vav He etc. <del>⟦illegible⟧</del> the rest of the names of A"V
And afterwards he shall intend like this: Y' Y' H' H' V' V' H' H' etc. and besides
And besides those numbers that we hinted at above, there are other intentions
from the intention of the Havayah Adonai combination etc. and also the intention of NeRaNCha"I of the Nefesh
of every Partzuf from the worlds etc. etc. and afterwards he shall say the portion
of Ki Tisa and the ingredients of the incense etc. etc. and one should not elaborate on this
except for those who know this wisdom, and whoever does not know shall say them
plainly and this is sufficient, and the Blessed Name shall atone for us, Amen
Finished and complete, praise to God the Creator of the world
By the young and humble in the thousands of Menashe, Shalom son of my master
my teacher and my rabbi and the crown of my head, the Divine Kabbalist, the Honorable Rabbi
Eliyahu Shalom ztzu"kl zi"a Amen, so may it be His will
And I saw fit to write here the order of the elevation of the soul on the eve of the Holy Sabbath
as the Kabbalist Rabbi Maharhu z"l wrote in Sha'ar HaKavanot
Know that on the eve of the Holy Sabbath after midday the illumination of
the holiness of the Sabbath begins to shine etc. and a person needs to wash his face, hands, and feet
with hot water on the eve of the Sabbath etc. and one needs to intend in this washing that
the water is the secret of Chesed <del>⟦illegible⟧</del> <del>⟦illegible⟧</del> with which they wash the body

Essay (2) Blessed be He who has released me from the punishment of this one in the name of Rabbi Yehuda
He shall surely exempt him from the punishment of this one: and the author of the 'Me'or' of blessed memory explained that one does not bless with the Name and Kingship
The Candle of Commandment and the Light of Torah
And God spoke all these words, saying, I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land
Within the faith of a person who believes in the Lord, may His name be blessed and His memory be for ever and ever
White light came in one shadow and like a thread of light that has no end and no purpose
And see 'And they returned according to the law'
And know that before the world was created, He and His Name were one, and regarding this
The liturgical poet established: 'Then before any creature was created'
That before the world was created there was nothing but Him and His Name alone, and He
Is called 'Ein Sof' (Infinite) and has no beginning and no end and no purpose and no image and no
Form and no body nor physical power, and no physical perception shall perceive Him nor any likeness
And when it arose in the thought of the Holy One, Blessed be He, to create the worlds and to create the creatures in order
To recognize His greatness, may His name be blessed and His memory be for ever and ever, He contracted Himself into a single
Point in the center, and this is the secret of the Contraction (Tzimtzum)
And there remained a vacant space and empty air and a void, and from that point He drew one line
Of light, and with it He created all the worlds entirely, and this line touches and does not touch
And encompasses all the worlds entirely, and this line is called the Line of Measure, and with it He measures
All the worlds entirely, and this line never changes for ever and ever, may His name be blessed
And His memory be for ever and ever and for all eternity, may His name be blessed and exalted and His memory be for ever
And for eternity of eternities, Amen, may it be His will

Parashat Lech-Lecha, Chapter 85
° °
° °
Fear not, Abram, I am your shield; your reward shall be very great, etc. This is Chapter 85.
God, may He be exalted, said to Abram after he entered the fire and was saved from it: Do not fear, O Abram, from
King Nimrod and his company, for I am your protector and defender from them. And do not fear from
the kings whom you defeated, saying: I have now earned their enmity, and they will return and kill me.
And do not fear, saying: My reward has been diminished because of what I took from the King of Sodom,
for your reward from Me is great and abundant, more than that. From here it is inferred that anyone who
trusts in God, He will protect him from the evil of the wicked, provide him with lawful sustenance, and grant him prosperity,
and he will be victorious. Our Sages, of blessed memory, who are remembered for good, said: Our father Abraham, peace be upon him, is likened
to a king who had a beloved friend, and that friend went to war and conquered and killed the enemies
of the king, and returned with great joy. When he reached the king's courtyard, the king came out to meet him
and brought out many gifts for him. But when that friend began to enter through the king's gate,
he began to be afraid and said: Perhaps the king has other enemies, or perhaps
he has grown sons who will rise against me and kill me because I killed the king's enemies.
The king sensed the matter and said to him: Fear not, I am a shield for you from all the enemies
who will rise against you. And not only that, but your reward is very great, which I am giving to you.
So too our father Abraham, peace be upon him, after he killed four kings and returned Lot his
brother's son and all the property, began to be afraid and said: Perhaps they have sons or brothers
who will rise against me and kill me. The Holy One, blessed be He, said to him: Fear not, Abram, I am your shield
from everything. And not only that, but your reward is very great in the World to Come for the commandment
that you performed, in that you did not want to accept even a shoelace from the King of Sodom. And this is
what the scripture says: He is a shield to all who take refuge in Him. Happy is the man who makes
the Lord his trust, and does not turn to the arrogant, or to those who fall away to lies. And King David, peace be upon him,
trusted in the Lord and said: In God I trust; I will not be afraid; what can man do to me?
And so the scripture said: Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, and whose trust the Lord is.

In the name of the Merciful One, may He be blessed, in the name of the Great, Mighty, and Awesome God, Amen, Forever.
After this, I say: Know, O my dear, beloved, and precious brother —
that by your head and your life, you shall not bypass all the — he who mentioned
and wrote in the newspaper on Friday, the date of the seventeenth of Adar, year 5606
at the place in Baghdad, may God protect it, greetings to you, your uncle, and your children
named by their names. Aside from that, O my brother, I write to you the news
the new [events] that occurred with us in Baghdad regarding the Haham Bashi.
I tell you, my lord, that Ezra son of Ezekiel Agha, may God increase his glory and stature,
mentioned to me that on Tuesday, the date of the fourteenth of the aforementioned Adar,
all the Jews of Baghdad gathered, their great and their small, their noble and their lowly,
and they read to the whole congregation, from their great to their small, upon the pulpit, and the Haham
Bashi, the representative of the King, may his majesty be exalted, stood and pronounced a great ban on anyone who opposes
or acts contrary to what is written in this paper, which concerns the
Ketubbah (marriage contract). Aside from that, the detail is that anyone who writes a Ketubbah
for his daughter shall write for her two hundred dinars, whereas previously they used to write
for her four hundred, five hundred, or a thousand dinars, and that was heavy
and that was very heavy upon the poor people who had no means,
and their daughters would remain in their homes without marriage because of that.
So the Haham Bashi, may his majesty be exalted, observed this situation and took pity on the poor,
and made this good regulation. Furthermore, they decreed in Baghdad
that women shall not wear gold, nor silver, nor jewels, nor
pearls, nor emeralds, nor rubies, nor diamonds, nor anything else,
nor shall they wear silk, nor gold-brocade, nor raw silk, nor anything else; rather
they shall wear chintz, and linen, and wool, and velvet, nothing else. And whoever opposes this,
the ban and the curse shall fall upon him, and they shall curse him, banish him, and expel him from
the congregation, and they shall not accept from him prayer, nor pilgrimage, nor anything else,
nor shall ten [men] read over him, nor shall they wash him, nor shroud him, nor bury him
in the Jewish cemeteries. And he who hears shall be blessed, and he who opposes shall be an infidel.
And peace be upon Israel, and upon the rabbis, and upon their students, and upon all
this holy congregation, Amen, Forever, Selah, and Evermore.

Rabbi Eliezer says: The Holy Spirit rests upon him so that his mind does not become haughty,
as the matter is stated: "The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the humble."
And from where do we know that it only rests upon a happy heart? As it is stated: "And it was, when the musician played,
that the hand of the Lord was upon him." Rav Yehuda said, and so Rav Nachman taught, and this is what Elisha said:
"And now, bring me a musician; and it was, when the musician played, that the hand of the Lord was upon him."
Rav Yaakov said <del>bar Idi</del> and so the school of Eliyahu taught: The Shekhinah rests neither from sadness,
nor from laziness, nor from laughter, nor from lightheadedness, nor from
idle words, but rather from a matter of joy of a commandment, as it is stated: "And now, bring me a musician."
Rav Yehuda said, and so Rav Nachman taught: A story of two people who were walking on the way,
and one of them was lengthy in words and one of them was brief in words, for he had
nothing but what his eyes see. And his friend said to him: Why do you shorten words of Torah?
He said to him: By your life, I see nothing but as if there were a dead person before my eyes.
He said to him: Do not say so,
for thus the Sages said: It is forbidden for a person to put sadness in his heart; rather, he should engage in Torah
with joy <del>and with gladness of heart</del> and with gladness of heart, and out of joy of a commandment the Holy Spirit rests
upon him, as it is stated: "Because you did not serve the Lord your God with joy and with gladness of heart, from the abundance of
everything," and "you shall be only joyful," and "you shall rejoice in your festival and you shall be only joyful." I might think even on the last
festival day? The verse says "only," which divides. And so it says: "In the day of prosperity be joyful, and in the day of
adversity consider; God has made even the one over against the other." The Torah spoke in the language of human beings.
Rav Yehuda said in the name of Rav: Anyone who did not see the Joy of the Water Drawing House never saw joy
in his days. And anyone who saw the Joy of the Water Drawing House saw joy. And what is the Joy of
the Water Drawing House? That they would play on harps, and on lyres, and on cymbals, and all musical instruments,
and say: Happy is our youth that did not shame our old age; these are the pious and the men of action.
And they say: Happy is our old age that atoned for our youth; these are the masters of repentance. Both these and those
say: Happy is he who did not sin, and he who sinned shall return and He will forgive him.
It was taught: They said about Hillel the Elder, when he was happy at the Joy of the Water Drawing House,
he said thus: If I am here, everyone is here; and if I am not here, who is here? He used to say:
To the place that I love, my feet lead me.

They said
except here one of these people wants to be in a house or exchange a residence
that place of so-and-so, if he wants it to be at such-and-such a time, and he sends to him papers
in every house and says to him: I want so-and-so to be with me in
this house, and he says to him: Yes, my master, I will be with you in every place
and do not fear for the heirs, and whatever you have of dinars, of debt, and of dirhams
up to a thousand dinars, and whatever you have of gold and silver and other goods
and clothes, O my brother, do not fear anything, for I will be with you in every place
and you will be with me always and you shall never part from me, neither in this world nor in
the hereafter, O my brother, I want one thing from you, and it is that you give me your hand
and swear and covenant with me that you will be my companion and I will be your companion
And likewise he went to the house of so-and-so and knocked on the door and the owner
of the house came out to him and said to him: Who are you? And he said to him: I am your comrade and I am
so-and-so, and he opened the door for him and he entered to him and sat with him and said
to him: O my brother, I want one thing from you, and it is that you give me
your hand and covenant with me that you will be my companion and I will be your companion
And he said to him: My master, I do not oppose your command, and whatever you want from me
I will do it. And he said to him: O my brother, get up with me to the market and we will sit
there to smoke and drink coffee. And he had a shopkeeper friend who knew him
And he said to him: My master, I want one thing from you, and it is that
you be my companion and I will be your companion. And he said to him: Yes, my master
I do not oppose your command, and whatever you want from me I will do it. And he said

In the name of the Compassionate, the Merciful
And it came to pass after the death of Moses the servant of the Lord, that the Lord spoke unto Joshua the son of Nun, Moses' minister,
saying: Moses My servant is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan,
thou, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, even to the children of Israel.
Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, to you have I given it, as I spoke
unto Moses. From the wilderness, and this Lebanon, even unto the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land
of the Hittites, and unto the great sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your border. There shall not any man be able to stand
before thee all the days of thy life; as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee; I will not fail thee, nor
forsake thee. Be strong and of good courage; for thou shalt cause this people to inherit the land which
I swore unto their fathers to give them. Only be strong and very courageous, to observe to do according to all
the law, which Moses My servant commanded thee; turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that
thou mayest have good success whithersoever thou goest. This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth, but thou shalt meditate therein
day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein; for then thou shalt make
thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of good courage; be not affrighted, neither be thou dismayed;
for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. Then Joshua commanded the officers of the people,
saying: Pass through the midst of the camp, and command the people, saying: Prepare you
victuals; for within three days ye are to pass over this Jordan, to go in
to possess the land, which the Lord your God giveth you to possess it.

An example of who goes up to the heavens and comes down to the land and gathers the wind —
<del>and binds</del> binds the water in a garment; who is he and what is his name <del>and what</del> the son of his name
Know that the word 'and comes down' here is a mistake
And Marad Labi Safar does not know all the parts of the body are six, without the verbs
defective; no, O man, tell me how many verbs there are that consist entirely
of only one letter? He answered that they are three: Qafi, 'Afi, and Shi. As for Qafi, it is
an imperative from waqa (to protect), yaqi, and the root is awqi, so the waw was omitted because the waw falls
between
the ya and the kasra, so it became yaqi, then the ya was omitted in the imperative for what we mentioned, so there remained
Qafi with a kasra indicating what was omitted, and it is the second object. And similarly
'Afi from wa'a (to contain), ya'i, and the root is aw'i, so the waw was omitted because the waw falls between
the ya and the kasra, so it became ya'i, then the ya was omitted in the imperative for what we mentioned,
so there remained 'Afi with a kasra indicating what was omitted, and it is the second object.
As for Shi, it is an imperative from washa (to embellish), yashi, and the root is awshi, so the waw was omitted
because the waw falls between the ya and the kasra, so it became yashi, then the ya was omitted
in the imperative for what we mentioned, so there remained Shi with a kasra indicating what was omitted,
and it is the second object. And similarly Li from wali (to be near), yali, and the root is
awli, so the waw was omitted because the waw falls between the ya and the kasra, so it became
yali, then the ya was omitted in the imperative for what we mentioned, so there remained Li with a kasra
indicating what was omitted, and it is the second object. And similarly also
Di from wada (to pay blood money), yadi, and the root is awdi, so the waw was omitted because the waw falls
between the ya and the kasra, so it became yadi, then the ya was omitted in the imperative
for what we mentioned, so there remained Di with a kasra indicating what was omitted, and it is the object
the second. And similarly also Ni from wana (to tire), yani, and the root is awni, so the waw was omitted
because the waw falls between the ya and the kasra, so it became yani, then the ya was omitted
in the imperative for what we mentioned, so there remained Ni with a kasra indicating what was omitted,
and it is the second object. And similarly also Ri from wara (to Kindle), yari, and the root is
awri, so the waw was omitted because the waw falls between the ya and the kasra, so it became yari,
then the ya was omitted in the imperative for what we mentioned, so there remained Ri with a kasra indicating
what was omitted, and it is the second object. And similarly also Hi from waha (to be weak),
yahi, and the root is awhi, so the waw was omitted because the waw falls between the ya and the kasra,
so it became yahi, then the ya was omitted in the imperative for what we mentioned, so there remained Hi with a kasra

And he said to them, "Do not be agitated on the way." So they went up from Egypt and came to the land of Canaan to Jacob
their father. And they told him, saying, "Joseph is still alive, and he is ruler over all the land of Egypt."
And his heart went numb, for he did not believe them. But when they spoke to him all the words of Joseph which he had spoken to them,
and when he saw the wagons which Joseph had sent to carry him, the spirit of Jacob their father revived.
And Israel said, "It is enough! Joseph my son is still alive. I will go and see him before I die." So Israel set out
with all that he had and came to Beersheba, and offered sacrifices to the God of his father Isaac. And God spoke
to Israel in visions of the night and said, "Jacob, Jacob." And he said, "Here I am." And He said, "I am God, the God of
your father; do not be afraid to go down to Egypt, for I will make you a great nation there. I will go down with you
to Egypt, and I will also surely bring you up again; and Joseph will put his hand on your eyes." Then Jacob rose from Beer-
sheba; and the sons of Israel carried Jacob their father, their little ones, and their wives in the wagons which
Pharaoh had sent to carry him. And they took their livestock and their goods, which they had acquired in the land of Canaan,
and came to Egypt, Jacob and all his offspring with him. His sons and his sons' sons with him, his daughters and his sons' daughters,
and all his offspring he brought with him to Egypt. And these are the names of the children of Israel who came to Egypt, Jacob
and his sons: Jacob's firstborn, Reuben. And the sons of Reuben: Hanoch, Pallu, Hezron, and Carmi. And the sons of Simeon:
Jemuel, Jamin, Ohad, Jachin, Zohar, and Shaul, the son of a Canaanite woman. And the sons of Levi: Gershon, Kohath,
and Merari. And the sons of Judah: Er, Onan, Shelah, Perez, and Zerah (but Er and Onan died in the land of Canaan).
And the sons of Perez were Hezron and Hamul. And the sons of Issachar: Tola, Puvah, Iob, and Shimron. And the sons of
Zebulun: Sered, Elon, and Jahleel. These are the sons of Leah, whom she bore to Jacob in Padan-aram,
with his daughter Dinah; all the persons, his sons and his daughters, were thirty-three. And the sons of Gad: Ziphion, Haggi,
Shuni, Ezbon, Eri, Arodi, and Areli. And the sons of Asher: Imnah, Ishvah, Ishvi, Beriah,
and Serah their sister. And the sons of Beriah: Heber and Malchiel. These are the sons of Zilpah, whom Laban gave
to Leah his daughter; and these she bore to Jacob: sixteen persons. The sons of Rachel, Jacob's wife:
Joseph and Benjamin. And to Joseph in the land of Egypt were born Manasseh and Ephraim, whom Asenath, the daughter of Poti-phera
priest of On, bore to him. And the sons of Benjamin: Bela, Becher, Ashbel, Gera, Naaman,
Ehi, Rosh, Muppim, Huppim, and Ard. These are the sons of Rachel, who were born to Jacob: all the persons
were fourteen. And the sons of Dan: Hushim. And the sons of Naphtali: Jahzeel, Guni, Jezer, and Shillem. These are
the sons of Bilhah, whom Laban gave to Rachel his daughter, and she bore these to Jacob: all the persons were seven.

And so said our Master, of blessed memory: and these are in his lifetime, but even when he passes, May the Merciful
save us, because it is written 'but', whether in his life or in his death, his name lives
upon him, as it is said: And if he is dead, he is Moses; Joseph died and said [he is] dead, but the Rabbi

even of the upper [worlds], as it is written 'Then Moses shall go up' etc. And the Merciful One said
to him, when you ascend to the Heights do not call me by name, but rather
'And you shall command'. And even though Moses died and was buried in the land, as it is said: 'And there died
Moses the servant of the Lord... and He buried him in the valley' etc. 'and no man knew his burial place
until this day.' And even though Moses died, his name did not die from the world,
as it is said: 'Remember the Torah of Moses My servant, which I commanded him in Horeb for
all Israel, statutes and ordinances. Behold, I send to you Elijah
the prophet before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord. And he shall return the hearts of fathers to
sons, and the hearts of sons to their fathers' etc. And it is written: 'they shall not depart from your mouth, nor from the mouth
of your seed, nor from the mouth of your seed's seed, said the Lord, from now and forever.' And it is written:
'And the soul of my lord shall be bound in the bundle of life with the Lord your God,
and the souls of your enemies He shall sling out as from the hollow of a sling.' And my lord shall be king
over Israel etc. 'And the Lord shall be King over all the earth; in that day the Lord
shall be one and His name one.' Finished and completed, praise to the Creator of the world.
Blessed is He who gives strength to the weary, and to those with no might He increases power.

This is the deed which
man shall do and live by them and not die
And it says that if a man lives a thousand years and a thousand
years, there is no advantage to him from all his labor that he toils under
the sun except to walk in a good way and a straight way
For if a man has three hours in this way, he will lose
them in vanity and vexation of spirit, and it would be better for him had he not been created
For the days of man are like a passing shadow and like a flower of the field he blossoms
And if a man says in his heart, "I will amass wealth and riches
And I will build houses and spacious upper chambers and increase silver and gold
And I will buy male and female slaves and possessions of flocks and cattle
And fattened fowl and male and female singers and the delights of the sons of man
A field and fields and vineyards and orchards and the making of many books
And eat and drink and rejoice and see good in all his labor"
This is his portion of all his labor, for who knows what will be after him
All is vanity and vexation of spirit and there is no advantage under the sun
The end of the matter, all has been heard: Fear God and
Keep His commandments, for this is the whole of man. For every deed
God will bring into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether good
Or evil. Therefore remove anger from your heart and put away evil
From your flesh, for childhood and youth are vanity. And remember
Your Creator in the days of your youth, before the days of
Evil come, and the years draw near when you will say, "I have no
Pleasure in them"; before the sun and the light and the moon
And the stars are darkened, and the clouds return after the rain

And it was the day for the owner of the mad ox, and he entered his house in anger and fury
very great from the grief which he saw at the death of the dog,
for he had great pleasure from it, and he sat down [and said] it is not G-d,
perhaps someone else killed it, for I would have paid double. He said
to the neighbor: you wrote the truth and you did not write a lie all your days
like today that you shall not deceive. And such was the deed, for such was the deed
of a sheep that was slaughtered, and this madman went to the butcher's house and thus said
to him: give me its liver. And he went to his house and was glad,
and he did not know what would happen to him <del>at the last</del> in the end of the matter.
And once he came to that man's house with the liver in his hand,
the man began crying out to his wife: bring the knife to cut
it and to roast it, for I am very hungry. And she brought him
the knife, and it had nothing but its sheath, for the knife was also worn away from many
years. And when he began to cut it, it slipped from his hand
and fell on his foot and wounded a great wound, and much blood came out of it
very much, and the man cried a great and bitter cry and fainted
and fell to the ground, and all the members of the household were weeping and crying and mourning.
And they cried to the neighbors, and they came to him and saw, and behold he was wallowing
in his blood, and they sent for the doctors, and they came and saw the blow and said
there is no cure for it but to die. And from the great pain that he had
he began biting himself with his teeth and eating his own flesh
until he died. And from the great grief and sorrow his wife also died,
and the orphans remained wandering and begging at the doors of the generous.
And everything was because of the anger and the fury that he brought himself to
thus. And regarding this King Solomon, peace be upon him, said: Do not be hasty in your spirit
to be angry, for anger rests in the bosom of fools.

When he went down to the village
and they went out, for his brothers and his mother were with him to the river (see village and his mother went out)
As I have seen your face, and you said 'My Lord,' and so it shall not be done
with my brother at the river and to the village to the plain for <del>if</del> many, my lord
Why do you increase your speech to me, entreat your favor, and why is it bad for you, why
do you not eat and your heart is grieved for me; and he went with his people to the wine house and they drank
and became drunk, and he grew angry and almost fell ill from the greatness of the sorrow that was upon them
The next day he rose early in the morning and when he went down from the upper chamber, his mind never
cooled, like a fire of tow, and his soul almost departed; and he saw a beautiful
and large garden belonging to his friend and he sat there, and all his food and desire was the bread of adversity
and the water of affliction, and from there he went and circled in the markets like a madman because the sorrow was great for him
and he did not recognize <del>his brothers</del> his brothers and his mother from the greatness of the sorrow and the grief
but he went to one room and was sitting there and weeping day and night
and is not comforted by anything, and he wept so much until his eyes flowed
like water from the excess of weeping until his eyelashes fell out and he became ugly
and all who saw him were wondering about him and saying, 'What is this and for what is this?'
Tell us your talk and do not worry, and draw your mercy, do not put a blemish
upon yourself; and no one seeks and no one asks and no one inquires about his brothers and about
his mother and about his house, and there remained in him nothing but skin and flesh and bones, and so
he stood for many days until he fell ill with his illness of which he died

In the matter of the house of Khawaja Menashe marketed in the street towards the Syrian road
or his document, and it was not proven at the court except that this is Khawaja Sulayman's to
it was proven at last that it is the house of Khawaja Sulayman
My father, of blessed memory, fulfilled the condition that was between me and Khawaja Rajab Effendi and paid me
on account of what he demands for the mentioned house, one hundred and fifty rupees
after the registration <del>⟦illegible⟧</del> and wrote me a document to this effect <del>that</del> he fulfilled the condition
I wrote that he should go to the court and lift the seizure from the mentioned house
and pay him the remainder that he demands for the mentioned house after the registration
and he signed for him the document that Khawaja Rajab Effendi wrote against himself and took from him
a document for the one hundred and fifty rupees that he took from the mentioned Khawaja Sulayman
and I was sitting with Khawaja Rajab Effendi in his shop and he said to me: go bring
the document that I wrote for you so that I may give you the document that Khawaja
Sulayman wrote against himself for the one hundred and fifty rupees that he took from Khawaja
Sulayman against himself for the one hundred and fifty rupees that he took from Khawaja
Sulayman, and I went and brought the document and he gave me Khawaja Sulayman's document
and took from me the document that I had from his side which he wrote against himself

And Joseph dreamed a dream and told his brothers that he had washed the dream, Leon descended from Muatar and this
Compassion and told his brothers, and in its meaning 405 for his brothers to be very comforted by it
Mute like the sun, that is the eye descends, and we die by it which you shall rule
And so he added news in the dream, just another dream and told his father as well
To his father it descended and the dream passed, yet again Joseph perhaps to his brothers and every atonement to his father
Like a star ⟦...⟧ for it is great and ends ⟦...⟧ and great as the dream of the bull
And it was written in the law concerning the atonement and came like the rich angel Gabriel, prince
The atonement like the sun as the seventh like the moon, the scent of the spirit, and so every star like prostrating to it
Radiant like the moon in seven darknesses, the Holy One Blessed be He descended
The tribe of Simeon as it is said seven times, oil descended and so according to their likeness and their assembly
Many and so the bridge of the path, like the thought of mankind, darkness increases, and so as in the chapters of the kares
Quickly your father Solomon will come out like the angry thunder, and Joseph arose from his sleep
And he wept more over what remained and cheapened his soul and said, Lord of these dreams
Behold, Simeon is finished, and they arose and lowered the words of choice for the people of his house greatly
The end because he descended and saw that all this dream was from Simeon as it is said
The fruit of the light of a dream, its greatness a hint to Israel that they shall not be extinguished in the cave which
To the pit, and Simeon thirteen years, floating much, that all people are servants
And he sent to the entry of the thinker, their exit 7 descended after that, blessed is my spirit over
Every matter, they knelt in assembly and assembly ⟦...⟧ the dead shall be brought to life
Like a second dream it descended and arrived prostrating illumination or covering the sun and the moon
The second dream is more of a tongue and a thought between like dust, like the father and the mother and the spirit
And all the ⟦...⟧ like a dream, a hint that they were in his days like heirs
The end because he finished for his father, he arose much, the mind is light because he improves and shines
O Lord, let it not enter for nothing, and behold he lowered the judgment

Fifth Supplication
My God, You know my ailment and my cure, my righteousness and my corruption, and the management of all my affairs
is in Your hand, and no hidden thing is concealed from You. O Allah, make the outcome of my affair
good, for I seek refuge in You from Your wrath and I take shelter in You from Your punishment,
and I flee to You from You, and I seek protection in You and rely upon You, so answer my prayer O
God of the worlds; and O Lord, bless our master Muhammad and his
pure family and grant them much peace, by Your mercy O Most Merciful of the merciful.
My God, You know my secret and my openness, so accept my excuse, and You know
my need, so grant me my request, and You know what is in my soul, so forgive me my sins.
My God, if my sins have made me afraid, then Your love has granted me sanctuary
and taken charge of me; and if negligence has frightened me, then good expectations of You have
encouraged me; and if my sin has hindered me from entering the abode of Your gardens,
then Your nobility and Your generosity make me yearn to look upon Your noble, eternal face.
Sixth Supplication
My God, I ask You by Your name, the hidden, the stored, the pure, the purified, the holy, the light,
the complete, the Living, the Sustainer, the Great, the Light of the heavens and the earth, Knower of the unseen and the witnessed,
the Great, the Exalted, that You bless Muhammad and his family and grant them peace, and that You forgive me
my sins and fulfill all my needs, and relieve my worry and my grief, and expand for me my provision,
and pay off my debt, and ease for me my affair, and help me in Your obedience and Your pleasure, O God
of the worlds. Amen.
