wishes to sell it. Since the Jewish Community in Iraq consists of several groups, and the area of jurisdiction of
Baghdad consists of the provinces of Baghdad, Hilla, Diwaniyah, Kut, Dulaim, and Karbala according to Article 1 of the
Supplement to the Jewish Community Regulation No. 48 of the year 932, and in order to enable the transfer of the house by this community,
the notification was brought to the Ministry of Justice for certification of a certificate of the entity of this community in accordance with the provisions of the Law for Registration of
Immovable Property in the Name of Juridical Persons No. 24 of the year 929, and for your respected assistance.
