We report that there is a house from which five shops have been unofficially partitioned, located in the Al-Jibawiyyin neighborhood
in Hilla, with serial number 184 and modern door number 141 / 4, registered in the name of the Jewish community in
Hilla, according to permanent record 47 dated November 1947. Since the Jewish community in Baghdad
wishes to sell it, and since the Jewish community in Iraq consists of several groups, and the Baghdad group
is composed of the governorates of Baghdad, Hilla, Diwaniya, Kut, Dulaim, and Karbala according to Article One of the Regulation
for amending the Jewish Community Regulation No. 48 of 1932, and in order to enable the transfer of the house by this community,
it was necessary to notify the Ministry of Justice to certify a certificate of the entity of this community in accordance with the provisions of the Law for Registration
of Immovable Property in the Name of Juridical Persons No. 34 of 1929. With respect to Your Excellency.
