After greetings
I submit that there is a house from which five shops have been unofficially partitioned, located in Al-Jibawiyyin neighborhood
in Hillah, sequence 184 and modern door number 141 / 4, registered in the name of the Jewish community in
Hillah according to Permanent Entry 47 dated November 947, and the Jewish community in Baghdad
wishes to sell it; and since the Jewish community in Iraq consists of several groups, and the Baghdad community
area is composed of the provinces of Baghdad, Hillah, Diwaniyah, Kut, Dulaim, and Karbala according to Article 1 of the
Appendix to the Jewish Community Bylaws No. 48 of the year 932, and in order to enable the decision to sell the house by this community,
I request the instruction to the Ministry of Justice to certify a certificate of the entity of this community according to the provisions of the Registration of
Immovable Property in the Name of Legal Persons Law No. 34 of the year 929. With respect to Your Excellency.

sequence 184 and modern door number 141 / 4, registered in the name of the Jewish community in Hillah according to the permanent record 47
dated November 1947. Since the Jewish community in Baghdad wishes to sell it, and since the Jewish community in Iraq
consists of several groups, and the area of the Baghdad group consists of the Governorates of Baghdad, Hillah, Diwaniyah, Kut, Dulaim, and Karbala
according to Article 1 of the Supplement to the Jewish Community Regulations No. 48 of 1932, and in order to enable the sale of the house by
this community, I request to instruct the Ministry of Justice to certify a certificate of the entity of this community in accordance with the provisions of the Registration of
Immovable Property in the Name of Juridical Persons Law No. 34 of 1929. Respectfully yours.
