This is to certify that Niran Ibrahim Obadiah has joined the
upper Kindergarten Form of Frank Iny School in October 1964 and
progressed gradually from year to year, reaching the Fourth Primary
Form of this School.
In May 1971, the above pupil passed the final examination for
the Fourth Primary Year in all the subjects prescribed for this form
except the two subjects of "French and "Social Sciences". She will,
therefore have to take a conditional examination in these two subjects
in September next, and in case of passing she will be promoted to the
Fifth Primary Form at the beginning of the academic year commencing
in October 1971. The Fourth Primary Form of this School is, in
standard, equivalent roughly to grade 5 of the American Schools.
