Types of Commercial Acts
A - Original commercial acts. B - Incidental commercial acts. C - Mixed acts.
The importance of distinguishing between commercial and civil acts in terms of jurisdiction, proof, interest rates,
joint liability, formal notice, and the statute of limitations for the lawsuit.
3- Chapter Two - Merchants: The importance of distinguishing between the merchant and the non-merchant and the conditions that must be met

2- Equal Installments: Investment installments and repayment installments, extracting installment factors
