1 - The aforementioned person was appointed as a teacher at Baghdad College according to the letter from the Presidency of Al-Mustansiriya University
numbered / Personnel / 12440 and dated 25 / 9 / 1972, a copy of which
is attached herewith.
2 - The aforementioned person commenced his new post at Baghdad College on 18 / 9 / 1972
before noon as stated in the two administrative orders issued by that school
numbered 807 and 809 and dated 25 / 9 / 1972 and 26 / 9 / 1972,
and two copies thereof are attached herewith.
3 - The aforementioned person received from Shamash Preparatory and Frank Iny Intermediate Schools his salary for the current month of September
for the period from 1 / 9 / 1972 until 17 / 9 / 1972 in full, after the pension contribution
for this period, amounting to (3/853) Dinars, was deducted and sent to the Pension Fund
for Private School Teachers along with the corresponding contribution due from the school, attached to our letter
to the Teachers Syndicate numbered Sh / 137 / 72 and dated 28 / 9 / 1972. Also,
the Teachers Syndicate membership fee of (-/500) Dinars for the month of
September 1972 was deducted and sent to the Syndicate attached to our letter numbered Sh / 138 / 72 and dated
28 / 9 / 1972.
Therefore, please consider the aforementioned person as having left his teaching position in our schools
as of 17 / 9 / 1972 afternoon, and strike his name from our schools' permanent staff as a result.
