First: In the Job Title field, write - Principal, Assistant Principal, Teacher, Contract Teacher, Assigned Teacher, Chief Observer, Observer, Assistant Observer, Clerk, Accountant, Assistant Accountant, Employee.
Second: In the Nationality field, write - Iraqi, Arab if they are a citizen of an Arab country, Foreign for non-Iraqis and non-Arabs.
Third: In the Cadre field - write (Permanent) if the teacher is on the school's permanent cadre. (Assigned) if they are assigned to work in the school from another school, but the teacher assigned from your school to work in another school is not included in your school's cadre.
As for the teacher assigned from your school to work in another school, they are not included in your school's cadre. (Lecturer) if the teacher gives lectures in your school.
(Quota Lectures) for the teacher who gives lectures in your school as a completion of their quota.
Fourth: Degree Degrees are classified as follows, and it is sufficient to insert the numerical sequence in the degree field to indicate the class of the degree:
1 - Higher Institute Diploma (preparation for the teaching profession).
2 - Higher Institute Diploma (general preparation).
3 - Bachelor's degree or its equivalent (from colleges with preparation for the teaching profession).
4 - Bachelor's degree or its equivalent (general preparation).
5 - Master's.
6 - Teacher training courses or equivalent (assigned) to work in secondary schools.
What is meant by mentioning the numerical sequence is, if the teacher holds a Bachelor's degree from the College of Education, the class of their degree is represented by the number (3) only, and so on for other degrees.
Fifth: In the Subjects field, the names of the lessons taught by the teacher are listed; a line is placed under their specialization subject if the teacher teaches more than one subject.
Sixth: What is meant by specialization is the teacher's specialization in one of the materials listed below:-
1 - Religion.
2 - Arabic Language.
3 - English Language.
4 - Mathematics, including Arithmetic, General Mathematics, Algebra, Trigonometry, Geometry, Solid Geometry.
5 - Natural Sciences, including General Science, Chemistry, Physics, Zoology, Botany, Biology and Health.
6 - Social Studies, including History, Geography, National Duties, Economics, Sociology.
Seventh: The Principal and Assistant Principal also have their degrees listed, and they are considered to have a full quota in terms of the number of weekly lessons.
7 - Arts, including Drawing, Sculpture, Acting, Music.
8 - Housekeeping, including Home Economics, Housework, Sewing, Knitting, Embroidery, Decoration.

2- (39) male and female students participated in the general examination for the mentioned year. One female student failed in the first session,
while the rest were as follows:
