a statement of the departments to which they belong and the approvals obtained from their departments to work after
official working hours in accordance with the provisions of Article Five of the State Employees Discipline Law No.
69 of / 1966.
2) A copy of the latest election minutes held for each association to which one of the mentioned schools belongs,
stating the election date, the names of the administrative body, and the tasks assigned to each member, with
a copy of the association's internal regulations currently in effect.
3) The school principal shall bear responsibility for any false information submitted to us regarding the status of his employees.
4) We hope to receive the requested information no later than (21 / 5 / 1972).
