and after him, it returns to the Chief Rabbi in Baghdad, and that the transactions related to donations and religious
ceremonies in the mentioned Torah shall be the same as the transactions current in the Torah of the humble Rabbi Shlomo Dawood
in Baghdad, and that the Israelite community in the mentioned sub-district may, with the permission of the guardian, take it as a place
for teaching Mosaic children reading, writing, and worship while keeping the place as a temple. When it is not possible to
use the house as a temple or a place for teaching in the mentioned manner, it shall be rented for an equivalent rent, and after spending what is necessary
from the yield on the construction and restoration of the house, the remainder of the yield shall be spent on the poor Israelites in Balad Ruz
or in Baghdad in general, provided that the physical essence of the place is preserved upon leasing. Based on the copy of
the Waqf deed given by the Mosul Court of First Instance on 18 Dhu al-Hijjah 1344 corresponding to 20 July 926 and number
22 by the letter of the Judge of Personal Status in Baghdad dated 10 August 926 and number 115 and the knowledge and report of the quarter
dated 9 January 927 and the inspection statement dated the 28th of it, the Waqf transaction was registered.
