American Missiles for Israel to Strengthen It Against Aggression Against Arabs
Military Bases and Alliances
Are the Path to War
It was not ⟦...⟧ misleading the newspapers nor from the temptation that ⟦...⟧ the peoples oppose
military bases and alliances because these peoples
knew very well that these bases and alliances are the path
to war.
And when the Iraqi people and the Arab peoples and the
African and Asian peoples were denouncing alliances and blocs and struggling
against them and demanding their abolition as an integral part of their main national demands
they were acting inspired by their belief that these alliances
and bases drag them into dangers and crises and drag the world to war.
And when the neutral countries and non-aligned countries made among
their main goals and plans opposition to military bases
and alliances and blocs, they realized that working for peace
requires that there be no bases, no alliances, and no blocs.
In international conferences and in disarmament talks, the
emphasis was repeated that the liquidation of bases and alliances is considered the
only effective way to free the world from the dangers of war and the tragedies
of armament.
And it appeared today that these bases, alliances, and blocs place the world
on the brink of war and the edge of the abyss. And it was said to the Americans
and the French and the English and the West Germans that the Atlantic Alliance
and the Central Treaty and the Southeast Asia Treaty and the military bases
and nuclear and non-nuclear, missile and non-missile warfare
in Iran, Turkey, Spain, Portugal, and other regions
and countries are all paths leading to war because it is not possible for other countries
and camps to stand idly by in the face of these
threats and provocations. But they persisted in their plans
and policies and alliances and blocs, and when others want to face
the dangers and prepare for threats, they cry out woe and destruction
and threaten and push the world into problems and crises.
Today, the Americans are raising the biggest crisis the world has seen since World
War II until now because missile bases were established in
Cuba at the time they occupy by force a military base in
Deadly competition between international airlines
British Airways loses 40 million dollars last year
European companies cannot face competition except by merging with each other
The news saying that the British Overseas Airways
Corporation has lost 40
million dollars last year brought nothing but
cold comfort to its competitors.
The company that used, the British company admitted that

And most of the aircraft that carried another estimated at 80 million dollars.
these passengers are about five years old. In the course of commenting on these
Cuban lands themselves and they set up nuclear and missile bases in
Turkey and Iran. And if they are asked to liquidate these bases
and liquidate the alliances, they do nothing and do not take any
positive step.
The sound and correct path leading to peace requires the liquidation
of all bases and alliances and disarmament because in that is safety
and guarantee for all countries and all peoples. And if the Americans
were truly concerned about their safety and security, they would have accepted the liquidation of their bases
and their alliances so that others would do the same. Thus, dangers
and crises would vanish and peace would stabilize. Rather, if they had not taken their
aggressive stances towards Cuba and had not antagonized its government and threatened it
and attacked it, and even encouraged armed actions against it, then
Cuba would not have needed to bring the weapons with which it defends itself.
British Airways said that the financial situation of the manufacturer regardless of whether

America Supplied the Zionists with Missiles
To Enable Them to Divert the Course of the Jordan River by Force
The Palestinian Arab Delegation Exposes the Zionist-American Conspiracy
The Permanent Palestinian Delegation to the United Nations confirmed that the United States government
provided Hawk missiles to the Zionists to enable them to divert the course of
the Jordan River to the Negev by force and thus
to proceed with their aggression on the borders of the neighboring Arab countries
to occupied Palestine. The delegation of the Arab Higher Committee
for Palestine said in a statement distributed to the delegations of
member states in the United Nations that it
strongly denounces the United States decision and considers it a blatant attack on the
Palestinian Arab people and on the security and safety of all Arab countries.
The statement included the following:
The United States decision to supply the so-called State of Israel with missiles and other
destructive weapons constitutes a fundamental and dangerous shift in United States policy
in the Middle East.
The statement went on to say: The United States has requested for many years
placing at Israel's disposal under one pretext or another huge funds to be used in
purchasing weapons from different places, and because it is regrettable that a clear majority of
Zionists were able through pressure and illegitimate influence and electoral votes
to encourage the American authorities to change the Spanish policy that had been followed
for a long time, which stipulated that the United States would not provide massive American weapons
to Middle Eastern countries.
It explained that the arguments used by the U.S. State Department to justify supplying
the Zionists with weapons are arguments that have no basis and convince no one.
The United States government is fully aware of the Zionist aggressive record
and it knows that the UN Security Council has denounced the attacks of the so-called State of Israel five
times, and the joint armistice commissions have denounced the Jewish state because of the
blatant acts of aggression it carried out against its neighbors among the Arab countries.
There is no doubt that the United States providing destructive weapons to the gang state
which has proven to be a state based on aggression is a measure lacking foresight and wisdom
and the United States will bear the dangerous responsibility resulting from its consequences.
The U.S. State Department, in order to downplay the importance and power of the weapons
by calling them defensive weapons, the least that can be said in comment on that is that it is misleading
to describe any weapon as defensive, for whether a weapon is
defensive or offensive depends on who uses it

Denounce the involvement of the Jordanian army in the battle of the Yemeni people
And call on it to stand by its brothers against the puppet reactionary regime
We received the following statement from the Jordanian political refugees in Iraq:
Today, the Arab peoples look with eagerness, longing, and hope at the events in the brotherly Republican Yemen, with hearts overwhelmed by faith and souls filled with confidence in the bright future hoped for in the right of peoples to freedom, liberation, and emancipation from the nightmare of the hateful black era, from which the people of Yemen suffered various forms of torture, deprivation, and backwardness, until it became a legend used as an example of the tyrannical and mighty ruler. Revolution alone is the only way and the only savior for a people unarmed except for their faith in their right to life and development.

He kills his sister for marrying without her family's knowledge!
The accused considers the act a stain on the family's honor
The Karkh Grand Court sentenced the accused Hami Abed Aoun to 12 years of hard labor for killing his sister Khairiya Abed Aoun.
The gist of the case is that she got married, according to her family's claim, without their knowledge, which prompted her mother to write to her son Hami while he was in Basra. Upon his arrival, she informed him that his sister had married a man named Abboud Radi without their knowledge. The accused considered this act a stain on his honor and his family's honor. The witness Abboud Radi, the victim's husband, testified that he had married her according to the Sunnah of God and His law, as the contract was concluded in court. It is worth mentioning that the accused confessed to his crime and stated that his sister was well-behaved if she had not - run away - as he put it, which is not accepted by custom. The court took the circumstances of the case into account and issued its aforementioned ruling.

And on the conditions in which such
a weapon is used, who will stop the reins of
Israel and prevent it from using
this weapon called a defensive weapon during
an aggressive operation it carries out?
The US State Department speaks
about the balance of weapons between the Arab
states and Israel. Can the
US State Department be convinced that there should be
equality between the dwarf Israel and the Arab
states in their entirety? If that is the case,
then the sale of shells and missiles constitutes
only the beginning. The US government
has also promised to provide the Zionists with a number
of technicians to train them on the use of
weapons. It is strange that the United States
objects to the presence of Soviet technicians
in Cuba at the same time it expects
the Arab world to accept the presence of American
technicians in occupied Palestine. Is there
any contradiction more than this!
And can the United States be
expecting collective Arab resistance when the
Zionists attempt to divert the waters of the Jordan River to
- the Negev? Therefore, it pledged to defend
Israel and support it when it takes this
step and provide it with missiles. The flow of
weapons to occupied Palestine in increasing
quantities will continue as long as Tel Aviv
considers it necessary and as long as Zionist
pressure on the US administration continues.
All contrary American assurances are not
accepted by anyone.

Sentencing of a person in Lebanon who wanted to kill his daughter
To wash away the shame, he killed her colleague by mistake
The Beirut Criminal Court sentenced the defendant Shehadeh Ismail, who killed his daughter Nazima to wash away the shame, to 10 years of hard labor.
The details of the case are that the defendant wanted to kill his daughter Nazima because she had contacted ⟦...⟧ by mistake her friend and neighbor Fatima al-Ghazal, nicknamed Azhar.
It was revealed that Nazima al-Masri, the daughter of the defendant Shehadeh Ismail al-Masri, strayed from the right path, so her behavior worsened and she ended up working in public places in Beirut as a prostitute, and from time to time she would give her parents whatever money she had when they came to meet her in Beirut. In early October 1961, her father, the defendant Shehadeh al-Masri, came to ask her for money and insisted on his requests, but she refused to comply with his request, so he left her and went away angry. When he met with his son Fayez, who was approximately in his thirties, he filled his heart and charged his determination to kill his sister Nazima to wash away the shame she had brought upon the family. The next day or the day after, the defendant Shehadeh came to Beirut with his son Fayez, and the latter was carrying a military pistol without a license. When they reached the house of the prostitute where the aforementioned Nazima was working, Fatima al-Ghazal, known as Azhar, met the prostitute Khalidiya, who knew Shehadeh and Nazima's brother, so she contacted the latter by phone and informed her of the matter. Nazima feared the consequences and asked her colleague, the prostitute Fatima al-Ghazal, to contact the police. She replied, "I will," then informed her and left the house to see the truth of the matter for herself.
While she was going down the stairs and it was night, the defendant Shehadeh and his son Fayez saw her and thought she was Nazima. Here, Shehadeh returned and strengthened his son's determination to kill, so the latter hurried and took the pistol he was carrying and fired at her. She fled to the public road while he followed the cafes and collapsed on a chair with blood bleeding from her, and she soon passed away as a result of being hit by five shots in various parts of her body.
At the sound of the shots, the police arrived and exchanged fire with the killer Fayez, killing him. As for the defendant Shehadeh, he fled to one of the roofs of the buildings where he was arrested there.
American Hotel
For women only!
The American woman has begun to chase the man and harass him in many things. After she became equal to him by law, she now wants for herself new privileges that men are deprived of under the penalty of law. Among the evidence of the American woman's wildness and her tendency towards masculinity is her demand for special places that men do not frequent. A hotel has already been established in New York, all women by women, and men are strictly forbidden from entering it.

Politika newspaper said that a Serbian farmer has not spoken to his wife for the past twenty-five years.

We are moving in a great revolution - continued
Then the Leader spoke and our status and the status of the country rose, and we are moving in a great revolution that only those who come from abroad feel. This is the reason that made the colonialists lie in wait for us to eliminate us before implementing our projects.
The faithful leader added that colonialism wanted to insult us with power so that we would fight over it and leave our country, but we are ⟦...⟧ with power and my joy will not be complete unless I see my fellow workers and all citizens comfortable in housing that makes the Iraqi citizen feel that he is free and not restricted by the narrowness of power, for it is nothing, and we have eliminated colonialism through construction.
The builder leader described this era as the era of great reform and the era of construction and addressed the Iraqi workers, saying that when you travel abroad on official or regular trips, you take pride in your republic and enjoy the value of freedom, independence, and glory. We have set off and been liberated, and we cooperate with the people of the country, and God's hand is with the group.
The Leader explained to the guest Yugoslav delegation the projects that were completed for the good of the people, saying: We distributed lands, organized cities, and spent money to bring water and electricity to remote areas and secure easy transportation to them, so every individual became ⟦...⟧ between me and from our side studying what the people of the country need, and from their side they facilitate the work of the authority and cooperate with it. Thus, within a short period, we will eliminate poverty, ignorance, and disease after we eliminated the causes of these diseases, which is colonialism that restricted us economically when we lifted several taxes from the shoulders of the farmers and the people. So the companies reduced their oil production and lowered its prices, and colonialism believed that by doing so it would make us hesitate ⟦...⟧ about the country and make the people feel financial hardship so that there would be grumbling through which the revolution could be hit, but the result was the opposite of what it expected, so we lifted several taxes on the land, the farmer, and the fish.
At the conclusion of his speech, the Leader wished the Yugoslav delegation and those present goodness and success, then everyone had dinner.
Continued - Deadly Competition
And this gap could open again after the British company receives its DC-10 aircraft, which are currently being worked on. This type of aircraft is considered excellent according to 1962 standards, but as soon as it is put into use, other competing companies will have used newer aircraft whose speed exceeds the speed of sound.
Dwindling Profits
In fact, the British are not the only ones in these exhausting costs. There is an airline that operates large jet aircraft across the North Atlantic, and most of them do so to keep up with developments, and it had its economic justification. The number of seats in jet aircraft is increasing twice as much as the increase in the number of passengers, and the result of that was at all:
Among the main proposals being discussed is a reduction in fares. This proposal came as a result of the situation in this aspect, but for the airlines, the reality is that the final positive solution is to reduce the number of competing companies. Indeed, Pan American and TWA are ⟦...⟧ to improve their operations overseas. If this step is achieved, European airlines may move towards adopting the European Common Market style and unite into one company.
Reducing Expenses
British, French, Italian, German, Belgian, Dutch, and Scandinavian airlines can vastly improve their flight frequencies and reduce their employees in British Airways, which then uses twice the number of employees of Pan American and TWA.
About the best conditions for marketing the landing on the French side of the plans. And he strengthened this and said that the European airline would be so large that it could buy large jet aircraft in large numbers to compete with other companies in prices.
Such a merger, which will occur between a large group of air unions in 1958, requires sacrificing a significant amount of national pride for airlines that lose tens of millions of dollars annually. As long as costs rise and losses increase, airlines must merge with each other or lag behind or fall. A unified European national pride can help solve the problems of the appearance of more seats in jet aircraft without an equal number of passengers. This merger will also help in the merger of European aircraft manufacturers who cannot individually resist in a world like the modern world full of immense competition. From Newsweek magazine.

Talks about the Warsaw Pact and NATO
I want to emphasize that the United States very much desires to ease global tension and stop the arms race. If we base on your message that you are ready to enter into other negotiations related to the Arctic region in Warsaw, we are ready to discuss any useful proposals in this regard with our allies.
Request to separate the Cuban issue from other issues
But I must emphasize that we ⟦...⟧ essential in this subject is the necessity of ensuring the cessation of provocative acts at missile sites and implementing the necessary steps that make these weapons unusable. This is under effective international supervision and guarantees. Continuing these threats or attempting to prolong the talks regarding Cuba by linking these problems to broader issues related to the safety of Europe and the world will certainly threaten to aggravate the Cuban problem and expose world peace to great dangers. For this reason, I hope that both of us will agree on the lines directed in this message and in your message dated the twenty-sixth of October current.

U-2 Plane
Khrushchev said in his message to the United States that it sent yesterday a new U-2 spy plane over Soviet territory near Alaska.
Khrushchev did not mention anything about the fate of this plane or the fate of its pilot.
Abandoning Provocation
He said that all provocative acts must be abandoned and the peaceful direction has not stabilized, but if war starts, the Soviet battle will not fear its results.
What would have happened?
Khrushchev added, saying that the American plane violated our borders while everything was prepared for combat, and it was possible to think that this plane was a fighter or a bomber, and this might lead to taking a fatal step.

The two very ⟦...⟧ ladies spent 3 hours in the French capital, then took a plane back to New York where they attended a dinner party in the evening. A wealthy Sudanese man marries 18 times
To study the nature of women around the world
London - Mohammed Yassin, a 36-year-old wealthy man from Sudan, decided to dedicate his life to studying women, so he married 18 times to girls from different countries. He intends to continue his research until he can write a book about the life and loves of Eve. Mohammed Yassin began his research when he was eighteen years old when he married a 17-year-old girl from Spain, but he was not successful in his marriage and decided to separate from her after four days. After that, he began to roam the most important countries of Europe and the Middle and Far East to search for new materials for his research. He was recording his notes about these experiences in the period between one marriage and another.
The studies conducted by Mohammed Yassin so far indicate that Japanese women are respectful, French women are elegant and charming but kind, English women are like ⟦...⟧ inhabitants, Spanish women are exaggerators and tend to throw things in their husbands' faces, American women are ready to respond to their husbands' desires, Turkish women are characterized by loyalty, and Japanese women are obedient.
Yassin says that this study cost him, and for this reason, he decided to continue his journey to some other countries and will soon enter Russia, Australia, Asia, and Africa to marry a girl from each of these countries to complete his research.

Courtesan and Lover
Kennedy wants control over his Council
A realistic love story with many victims!
An eternal love story you will never forget!
Opposition Republicans make gains at Kennedy's expense
Local problems and regional tendencies precede political disputes
The impact of the Cuba issue on voters and its exploitation by Republicans
All the influence and prestige of the Presidency
And all the capabilities and energies of the Kennedys
And their political maneuvers have been mobilized in the current
election campaign in the United States!
Its ratio is 3 to 1
And the current Congressional elections
Are also linked to the Presidential elections
of 1964
The Main Issue
The main issue now is
Whether voters desire
More Kennedy Democrats
To manage their affairs or
Prefer their return in a smaller proportion.
Although foreign issues
Such as the Cuba problem and the Berlin crisis
Play their part, American voters
Usually care about local issues
More than they care about
Foreign issues. Therefore,
Parliamentary elections are not
Considered a major judgment because they do not change
Big issues. And although
Republicans are exploiting the situation
In Cuba, there are still
Quite a few voters
Who believe that Kennedy achieved in
Foreign policy more than
Eisenhower did.
Therefore, Congressional elections
Depend on local problems
And on the personalities of the
Candidates and on regional tendencies
And individual whims. These
Elections, unlike Presidential
Elections, do not see voters
Changing their views significantly, just
As immigrants remain without
A decision.
But Democrats outperform
Republicans among the poor
And middle class. At every
Point where Kennedy excelled
During his recent campaign trip,
He would read signs that said:
Seven-eighths of Republican Senators
Voted against medical aid for the elderly. And three-
quarters of Republican Representatives
Voted against the Federal Aid
to Colleges Act. These
Things are the prominent things, as
The efforts made by Kennedy
With many of his conservative Senators
And Representatives who took the
Same positions on these issues, disappear before them.
Kennedy's Position
If Kennedy's efforts fail
And his Democratic Party suffers
A setback, his position will suffer
A blow.
Republicans feel confident
About gaining 43 seats in
The House of Representatives, and this will give them
The majority in the House. But
Even if they gain 5
Seats in the House and 10
Seats in the Senate, that
Will create obstacles for the
Democratic Party such that
Kennedy might not be able to renew his presidency.
So why then does Kennedy risk
To this extent? The only possible
Answer is that he is risking in
A low-risk campaign; he has
Suffered the traditional losses that
Befall every President
In the midterm elections. In
The first round of his election when he lost
21 free seats in the House of
Representatives.
On the other hand,
His religious doctrine, which cost him
Two million votes, is no longer an important
Factor. Instead of the
Democratic Party in Congress
Exploiting its position behind him, it
Followed Congress in a way
No President has done
Since the application of the two-party system 100
Years ago. In addition to that,
Developments resulted in
The distancing of a number of conservative members.
In the worst case, the
Republicans' 10 or 20
Seats will be met by an increase in the number of
Votes for Kennedy's candidates. In
The best case, even if
Kennedy achieves some gains, there will
Only be a slight change in the situation.
As for the powerful Southern
Democrats who have never
Fought an election battle, they will return again
To Congress because tribalisms
There are stronger than all political
Disputes.
Rarely has the political history
Of the United States seen
A President link his fate
And position in the elections in the way
Kennedy is doing at a time
When it seems that events
Are not with him. It is a traditional
Phenomenon that parliamentary
Elections held in the middle
Of a presidential term are
Always against the party in
Power.
The goal is control over
The Congress, which is the council
For which Kennedy showed neither the ability
Nor the desire to control
President Kennedy
Will he suffer a setback
When his experience in it was
Thoughts on Society and Life
The whole world...
A Small Village
The recent international crisis proved
That our whole world has become a small village
Whose inhabitants are all linked by one fate
And one future.
In Iraq and in every part of
The globe, people were
Living this crisis and following it,
Overcome by anxiety for fear that
It would explode into a volcano burning everything.
Crises and problems are no longer
Isolated and separate from each other, but
Interconnected and shared, affecting
The fate of every human living on
The surface of our planet Earth. These
Crises and problems no longer drive
Emotions and ideas only, but
They affect the bread we eat,
The clothes we wear, and
The necessities we need because
The whole world has become one village;
Its future and fate are our future
And fate.
With the years, discoveries,
Sciences, satellites,
Rockets, penicillin, and the atom,
Ideas, relationships, values,
Principles, and systems have changed. Less than
100 years ago, kings
And emperors, who were the shadow
Of God on earth, and rulers could
Live behind the walls of their luxurious palaces,
Enjoying good things, eating
From gold plates, and wearing
Silk, while outside these walls
Millions were dying of hunger,
Disease, and nakedness, subjected to
Forced labor with whips. But today,
Prosperous and advanced nations can no longer
Close their eyes to nations
That need help
And assistance, and need progress,
Freedom, and science, because they feel that
The danger of this gap is great and grave.
Less than 100 years ago, states
Could close their doors,
Secure their borders, and lose their keys,
And their peoples would not be isolated because man,
By the pen of Fouad Boutros today,
Needed years to move from
Continent to continent. But today,
Problems and crises jump over barriers,
Doors, and oceans, and impose themselves
On every government, every people,
And every person. One can travel
Around the world in hours, or even
Orbit in outer space around
The globe in minutes.
Less than 100 years ago,
Slavery and servitude were established
And stable systems. The British waged
Wars to sell opium by force
To the Chinese, and the French
And Portuguese dragged Africans to forced labor
And moved them from place to place as
They do with herds of beasts. But today,
Slavery has become a crime, whether practiced
In racial discrimination in South
Africa or in preventing a Negro
Student from entering the university
In the American state of Mississippi.
Colonialism has also begun to fall and collapse,
And colonizers work in the dark,
Looking at the whole world in shock
And terror.
Less than 50 years ago,
Wars broke out between victor and vanquished,
Winner and loser, and about surrender,
Gains, spoils, and colonies
Imposing influence. But after
World War II, they resulted in calamities,
Disasters, defeats, and problems
For the victors and the vanquished, the winners
And the losers. Any other war will result
In the annihilation of all, the destruction
Of everything, the erasure of humanity, and the drowning
Of the globe in a abyss of
Blood, limbs, and fire.
A few decades
Ago, millions of
Humans could submit to deprivation,
Poverty, and need, while beside them
Hundreds and thousands were drowning in blessings,
Enjoying luxury, and possessing
The power of money and influence. But today,
These millions everywhere
Demand their rights, their strength, and their welfare,
Freeing themselves from need, ignorance,
And disease, and imposing these rights
With their arms and minds.
The whole world has changed because the minds,
Ideas, emotions, and needs of humans
Have changed. This distant,
Vast world has turned into a small
Village whose inhabitants cannot
Abandon each other's fate,
Nor live in isolation from
Others, because of the greatness of the current in which
The ship of humanity sails.
This dangerous transformation in the world,
Needs, trends, ideas,
And principles requires a deep
Transformation in the policies and plans
Of governments and in the formations
Of societies. The first step is
For scientists and researchers in
Philosophy, instead of political leaders
And party men, to work on science and action
To direct their relations and affairs toward
Security, stability, equality,
And party plans. It has appeared that
One philosopher like Bertrand Russell
Was able to play the role that
All governments, all leaders,
And all authorities and apparatuses could not play
In directing the recent crisis.
If people like Russell were left
In all countries of the world to lead
Humans and direct policies
And plans, the period of time
Separating scientific, social,
And economic development in
Human society from the apparatuses
That assume the responsibility of leading it
And directing its affairs would vanish.
