It is very necessary that an organization be conducted for the distribution of schedules in triple-shift schools
and evening schools because they actually exist, and overlooking them only leads to doubling
the difficulties faced by these schools. Therefore, we request you please study their subject
in light of the changes that have occurred so that we can inform them of the distribution you assign,
so please take that into consideration.
Governorate of Baghdad / Local Administration / Please confirm this to the Directorate of General

Note
1 - Social and National Education in the fourth grade, which includes historical and geographical information and national education, is considered a single lesson.

4 - Practical subject periods are distributed as follows: -
First | Second | Third | Fourth | Fifth | Sixth

2 | 2 | 2 | 2 | 1 | 1 | Handicrafts and Agricultural Education / Boys and Girls

A - Art Education includes drawing and handicrafts, including woodworking, knitting, and embroidery. Drawing and handicrafts are taught (to boys and girls), woodworking (to boys), and knitting and embroidery to girls.
B / In schools where the necessary facilities are available, Agricultural Education is taught within the periods allocated for handicrafts, and the school administration is left free to organize the time between them according to the requirements of need and existing facilities.
2 - For boys, the Home Economics period in the fifth and sixth grades is added to the Handicrafts and Agricultural Education period.
3 - In dual primary schools, the following amendments are made to the aforementioned distribution.
A - In the fourth primary grade, (one period) is allocated for drawing and (two periods) for handicrafts and agricultural education.

The Directorate of Education of Baghdad District / Karkh inquired in its letter numbered S/1144 and dated
14 / 9 / 1965 (a copy of which is listed below) regarding what actions should be taken towards schools that submit
an incomplete staff list that has not been organized according to the observed instructions.
Our response to this inquiry is that every staff list submitted contrary to the instructions makes the school principal
responsible for it, and the Directorate of Education must assess the importance of the negligence and issue an appropriate punishment for the school principal.
If any school fails to submit a complete staff list organized according to instructions by a deadline of 15 / 10
at the latest, then its closure shall be considered and it shall not be given leeway for wasting the students' future, manipulating them, and extorting
their money. Note that our instructions have addressed all matters, especially our letter 24448 on 19 / 6 / 965
which is sufficient to cover all the cases inquired about. Please act according to what is stated above.

There is no doubt that you realize the pressure placed on the Directorate and the large number of student
referrals in their massive numbers to the Certificates Department to follow up on document authentication transactions.
As these referrals are paralyzing the employees' performance of their duties or may cause the loss of
documents or their authentication without auditing and scrutiny, it has been decided to strictly prohibit
giving documents to students. Administrations must send them via an employee or staff member to the
Certificates Department directly to be handed over by him to the observer for auditing and authentication
and returning them to him instantly without delay. Thus, we eliminate the issue of losing them or their
photographs while ensuring speed of action. The school administration will bear the responsibility of
the student's referral to us. Please inform them that the document will return to the school and be
