In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
(( Copy of the Letter ))
Based on what was stated in Article Fifty-Five of the Ministerial Instructions
Regarding private and foreign schools, which stipulated that the number of students per class should not exceed
(40) students for the morning session and (50) students for the evening session, and due to what the
increase in numbers causes in terms of confusion in studies and due to the decline in the scientific level in private schools,
it has been decided that these proportions must be adhered to in all private schools. A committee
from this Ministry will visit private schools to ensure the implementation of these instructions and other
instructions issued by the Ministry to ensure the elevation of the level of private schools and to guarantee the interest of
students. Any school that does not adhere to these instructions will be closed for one academic year.
Please circulate this to all private schools affiliated with you and we hope everyone
applies what is stated above and informs us.

This directorate has noticed that most school documents provided by students to the Directorate of Missions
for the purpose of continuing studies are devoid of listing previous documents provided by the student to other entities, especially
vocational institutes, colleges, teachers' institutes, educational courses, and others, which confuses the specialized employee during
auditing as to whether the student is bound by a contract with this ministry regarding their studies in the aforementioned institutes or not..
This causes damage to the state treasury as a result, and therefore we request to instruct all administrations of intermediate schools
and official and private secondary schools to list all documents previously provided to the student and to verify documents addressed
to the institutes mentioned above, and the school administration will bear any damage caused to the state treasury as a result of that...
And inform us.
