Upon reviewing the properties belonging to the Al-Bair Sassoon School, it was found that the shop located in
Hanoun Al-Kabeer district, with sequence number 161 and numbered 94/226, is under the disposal of the aforementioned school
and under its exploitation, but it was not registered with the Tabu Department. The administration of the aforementioned school informed us

Greetings,
There are two properties belonging to the Jewish community, located in the Qambar Ali Dhati area.
Sequence 1 / 470 and 810, and this last sequence is a piece of land purchased from
the Capital Secretariat, with an area of 635 square meters. We learned that the tenant, Mr. Nassim Makki, when
he leased the original property from the community administration, included the piece of land with the property when he constructed the building.
This is supported by the report of the engineer, who is one of the members of this committee, during the survey and boundary application.

the renewed fee in the Tabu Department, therefore, we kindly request you to inform us if the Council deems it appropriate to register these old churches
anew with the Tabu Department,

Upon this committee's request from all community institutions regarding the nature of the properties under
their disposal and providing us with the registration information about them to enter them into the special register and files of this
committee, it became clear from the exchanged communications between this committee and the Israeli Schools Committee that the Bir Sassoon school
is registered with a Yoqlema entry, which is an entry not legally relied upon. Also, there are properties
purchased and attached to the same school that the Schools Committee was unable to send these deeds. Also,
Laura Khoury School has some deeds from the previous era whose secondary copies have not yet been presented
to the Tabu Department, and this school has attached properties that this committee was unable to find.
Therefore, this committee believes that the retention of these two schools in this manner without clarifying
their ownership in the Tabu Department is undesirable, and for this reason, we request to be informed if your esteemed council intends to register
the ownership of these two schools and inform us of that.

With reference to paragraph (5) of the decisions of your esteemed council notified to us in your letter numbered 189 and dated
20 / 9 / 1948.
One of the members of this committee, the lawyer Gurji Heskel, took the initiative to register the shop in
question anew, and upon inspection, it was found that there is another adjacent shop numbered 94 / 224 and that these two shops
have two serial numbers as well as two door numbers, which are 94 / 224 and 94 / 226, and that the general maps of the Land Registry Department
show that they are two shops, therefore each shop should be registered anew separately, but there are difficulties hindering this
registration, which is that the partition wall between them was demolished by the tenant of these two shops and it is necessary to
reconstruct this wall again so that the two shops can be registered anew instead of one shop, and the
Alliance School should have clarified this point.
Please instruct the construction of a wall separating the two shops to enable the completion of the registration, and to your Excellency
further respect;
