As this house is pure ownership and since no original deed was found for it, and as the basic register for its quarter is among the lost registers, and in view of the proof of ownership and sequestration of this mentioned house belonging to the Director and President of the Talmud Torah Schools Association, Ezekiel Rabbi Aaron Levy, in the capacity of the mentioned association, it is known that an inspection was carried out with the knowledge of the Administrative Board of the Director and President of the Talmud Torah Schools Association, Ezekiel Rabbi Aaron Levy, in the capacity of the mentioned association, and it has no partner or associate, and that for a period exceeding twenty years it has been disposed of and held by quiet possession without hindrance or opposition. In verification of the established inspection, advertisements were published for it in the Iraqi Waqayi’ Gazette in issues 518, 519, and 516 dated 8, 13, and 17 February 1927, and Iraq Newspaper in issues 2060, 2069, and 2077 dated 8, 17, and 24 February 1927. No opponent appeared during the designated period, and the Board of Administration of Lost Property approved its registration by its decision No. 259 dated 18 May 1927 and according to the status of the journal dated 4 April 1927 in the volume agency registers.

This land is absolute freehold property (Mulk Sirf) which used to be an endowment (Waqf) in the hands of the trustee of the Jewish Community Schools Association in Baghdad, Rabbi Harun Levi of the Tabak; and from now on it no longer remains an endowment as its registration has been definitively extinguished based on the government's approval of its re-titling to Daoud Levi Asif and the authorized person for this on behalf of Mar Asif, Rights and Kar Al-Mehna and its charitable people by a statement of its permissibility that it was an endowment in the hands of the trustee of the Jewish Community Schools Association in Baghdad, Rabbi Harun Levi, in addition to the aforementioned association in Baghdad, and that he disposes of it without any hindrance or objector; and in addition to the inspection and investigations, advertisements were completed in the Iraqi Gazette, issue 2584 on 9/25/1945, 2586 on 10/1/1945, and 2589 on 10/8/1945, and in Al-Iraq newspaper, issues 7874, 7882, and 7892 on 9/24/1945, 10/1/1945, and 10/8/1945, and no objector appeared during the specified period, just as the community's administrative council also ratified its settlement by its decision No. 228 dated August 10, 1945, and accordingly this documentation was carried out.
