The audit showed that the aforementioned shop is not registered in the renewed basic register because it did not have a Khaqani deed. This was placed in the estimates carried out on contracts, and based on the entry, the local inspection and investigation were conducted. It was found that the mentioned shop is among the endowment properties (Waqf) of the Ribbi Simha School, Israelite Talmud Torah Schools. Therefore, based on the request of the Endowments Officer on behalf of this association in Baghdad, the aforementioned requested the renewal transaction and the issuance of a Khaqani deed. The necessary advertisements were published in the Iraqi Gazette (Al-Waqai' Al-Iraqiya) issues 290, 294, and 299 dated 3, 9, and 18 May 929 and Sati' 849, and in Al-Istiqlal newspaper issues 757, 759, and 760 dated 4, 6, and 8 May 929 and Sati' 849. Advertisements were posted on the corners of the mentioned property, in the quarter, the department, public mosques, and sightly displays during the specified period. Therefore, according to the notice and the decision of the Land Registry Committee on 9 May 929, the statement of the inspection and investigation officer, and the certification of the Administrative Council dated 15 May 929 under number 195, the renewal transaction was completed.

Authority issuing the deed: Upon auditing, it appeared that the mentioned house is not registered in the renewed basic register and hitherto no Khaqani (Ottoman) deed was found for it, and
this was understood from the investigations conducted on the records, and accordingly a site inspection and verification was requested, and it was found that the mentioned house
is absolute ownership under the possession and disposal of the Director and President of the Talmud Torah Israelite Schools Association in their capacity as servants
to it, and it was decided for Lawi in addition to this association in Baghdad. The aforementioned recently requested a renewal transaction and to be granted
a Khaqani deed. The necessary advertisements were placed in the Iraqi Al-Waqai newspaper, issues 290, 291, and 292
dated 16 and 22 January and 8 February of the year 926 and Sati'a, and in Al-Istiqlal newspaper, issues 753, 761, and 770
dated 14 and 21 January and 4 February of the year 926. The advertisements were posted on the mentioned house and in mosques,
the department, and public gatherings. No objector registered during the specified period according to the Mukhtar's notification dated
7 March 926, the statement of the inspection and engineering officer, and the approval of the administrative council dated 15 March 926
under number 1973. The renewal transaction was registered.

as Rabbi of Sharon Levi, in addition to this association in Baghdad. The aforementioned person requested a new deed
and the granting of a legal deed according to the necessary procedures in the Iraqi Gazette numbers 2908,
2915, and 2919 on October 4, 947, April 6, 948, and February 7, 948, and in Al-Istiqlal newspaper numbers 758,
769, 770, and 774 on October 14, 947, April 4, 948, and February 7, 948, and the posting of notices on the mentioned shop,
in the neighborhood, the department, the courts, and the police. No objector appeared during the specified period, so according to
the notice and decision of the neighborhood dated December 7, 948, the statement of the inspection officer and engineer, and the approval of the
