According to Land Registry Deed No. 19 dated 13 Tishreen II 926, it appeared that half of this shop is absolute property to
Sassoon bin Saleh Shina. Since the aforementioned had mortgaged half of the said shop to his grandfather and the grandfather of his son, Menas Souri, according to

And that the said Habiba, during her lifetime and in full mental capacity, had removed the mentioned house from her ownership and endowed it as an eternal endowment for the school to teach the Torah and appointed Al-Khawaja Nahum as its trustee
to lease it and give its rent year by year until the building therein falls into ruin, and he re-leases it for a rent for the deceased in the amount of fifty liras and designates for her a Torah and Spanish book to be spent on her soul reciting the scrolls of the Mosaic community and after paying these
on its repair and spends the remainder on the children of the school for the poor called Talmud Torah, and after the death of the aforementioned, the trusteeship returns to whomever the Hakham-Khane appoints as an agent for the mentioned school as stated in the endowment certified by the Spiritual Council
of the Mosaic community in Baghdad, whose copy is registered in the Ministry of Justice on 10 May 1933, including the ruling of the Baghdad Court of First Instance in its decree dated 4 May 933 and number 34 sent under the letter of the President of the Court to the Department to be referred to
by number 847, and based on the review of the aforementioned trustee informing the neighborhood record dated 11 November 1934 resolved by the demolition of the inspection dated 10 Jan 2 934 correct and the ruling decree mentioned above, the endowment transaction was registered for this reason
that this copy matches its record and a deed was given for it in the amount of 50 fils as a registration fee and recorded as revenue under number 1218 dated 23 February 1935 according to receipt ⟦...⟧

of Baghdad, Mosaic Sharia, dated 14 May 924, number 191, to his two sons Eliyahu and Meir Yaqoub.
The mentioned Eliyahu has waived the trusteeship in favor of his brother, the mentioned Meir Yaqoub, and the trusteeship was registered in his name
based on the mentioned notification and the waiver document certified by the Notary Public of Baghdad, dated
24 June 924, number 4168. Thus, the trustee over the mentioned endowment became Meir Yaqoub Reuben.
And the mentioned endowment is for the Meir Elias Hospital and for the Talmud Torah School in equal halves.
