Greetings,
I am Fadhil Abbas, the tenant of shops numbered 165 and 162 in the Al-Tayaran neighborhood in Baghdad for an amount
of (25) Dinars annually. Due to the age of these shops, they have become unfit
and for fear of thieves, as the iron shutters broke suddenly, I was forced
to replace the shutters and repair the doors again. The cost of the mentioned repairs cost me an amount of
six Dinars and one hundred Fils. Therefore, I request your Excellency to order the sending of the engineer to conduct an inspection
of the new shutters and doors and to grant me the mentioned amount of (6) Dinars and (100) Fils.
Ten years have passed since I rented the mentioned shops and I always pay on time
taking from my own money and my pocket at a time when my financial situation was good, but now it is not.
I cannot afford to pay any amount from my pocket due to my weak financial situation and my inability to pay. Therefore, I ask you.
