(d) Applicants are warned that copies of Entries for Exchange Control purposes will normally only be issued at the time the imported goods are entered with the Cus- toms. (e) Not more than one copy of an Entry for imported goods will be certified by the Customs for Exchange Control purposes and no copy will be issued to any person other than the importer or his agent who entered the goods.
