1- In view of the approaching end of the current fiscal year 1954 - 1955, please refer to our letter numbered ⟦line⟧ 23691 dated 5 / 10 / 1953 regarding notifying us and the relevant departments about the lecturers, lecture fees, and the addresses of the lecturers during the fiscal year starting from (1) April 1954 until 31 / 3 / 955 ((as some private and foreign schools and institutes have not notified us so far of what was mentioned in our letter referred to above)). This exposes the treasury to the loss of income tax amounts due, and the resulting necessity of fining whoever organizes the sending of lecture fee lists in your schools for every amount whose tax is difficult to collect, and also causes confusion in the settlement of accounts.
2- We convey to you below what was stated in the letter of the General Income Tax Directorate - Deduction Section - No. 6764 dated 5 / 4 / 1954 for review and action accordingly ⟦line⟧ :
((Please draw the attention of private and foreign schools and institutes <del>secondary</del> regarding the necessity of notifying us and the relevant departments of all amounts spent as lecture fees to lecturers, stating their job titles or places of work in full.))
3- The administrations of the schools and institutes under discussion, which have previously notified us and the relevant departments of the lecture fees paid by them to their lecturers as of (1) April 1954, are requested not to send lecture schedules repeatedly.
