03 The school level, number of its classes, number of its sections, and number of students in each class
04 The school's annual revenues and sources of income
05 The school's annual expenditures and categories of spending
06 Number and date of the school license
07 The degree of the school's application of the provisions of Regulation for Private and Foreign Schools No. 67 of 1954.

that it has banned lorries and buses from passing through the Mahmoudiyah road
- Yusufiyah Bridge via the Dora - Baghdad road, based on orders issued to it
by this Governorate. However, the Police Assistant of the mentioned district informed them that some
vehicles carrying male and female students are passing through this road in violation of orders on the subject.
Therefore, we request taking the necessary measures regarding not allowing vehicles carrying students to pass through
the mentioned road due to its unsuitability, in addition to the dangers that arise from that. Please.

Home Arts School, if the duration of their study was four years or more after primary study, are allowed to participate for free
in the general examinations for preparatory study without passing the special exam for external students, provided they
are still in the teaching service at the Ministry of Education and other ministries. However, if they are not, they shall be treated
as external students.
3- The regulations applied to graduates of the House of Arabic and Religious Sciences, as well as the Religious Secondary School (with five years after
primary study), shall be the same as those applied to graduates of Teachers' Training Institutes; i.e., they are allowed to participate in
the general examinations for preparatory study for free and without passing the special exam for external students if
they are in the teaching service at the Ministry of Education or other ministries. But if they are not teachers at the Ministry of Education
or other ministries, they shall be treated as external students regarding fees and school examinations.
4- Students of the College of Sharia who have passed the general examination for intermediate study and two years have passed
are allowed to participate in the general examinations for preparatory study as external students, provided they take the school
examinations, and they are exempted from fees.
5- Graduates of the Primary Teachers' Training Institute for the year 1927 are allowed to participate in the general examinations for the purpose
of obtaining the secondary certificate.
6- Only teachers who have previously passed the intermediate study one year prior are allowed to participate in the general
examinations for preparatory study. This does not include non-teachers.
7- Students of the Institute of Fine Arts are entitled to [exemption from] general examination fees and must take the school examinations
if they have not previously taken them. As for those who have taken them, they are exempted from school examinations, and their
ministerial examination will be conducted as external students, provided they have completed the legal period that entitles them to do so.
8- Graduates of the Elementary Teachers' Training Institute, which has a three-year duration after primary school, are allowed to participate in
the general examinations for preparatory study as external students.

School of Domestic Arts | In the third, fourth, and fifth grades.

participate for free in the general examinations for intermediate studies without passing the exam specific to
external students are permitted to do so if they are still in the teaching profession at the Ministry of Education or other ministries; however, if they are
not, they shall be treated as external students.

primary study), the same rules apply as for graduates of Teachers' Training Institutes (male and female); they are allowed to participate in
the general examinations for preparatory study for free and without passing the special exam for external students if
they are in the teaching service in the Ministry of Education or other ministries. However, if they are not teachers in the Ministry of Education
or other ministries, they shall be treated as external students regarding fees and school examinations.
