2- Graduates of Teachers' Training Institutes (male and female), industrial schools affiliated with the Ministry of Education, and the
Home Arts School, if the duration of their study was four years or more after primary study, are allowed to participate for free
in the general examinations for preparatory study without passing the special exam for external students, provided they
are still in the teaching service at the Ministry of Education and other ministries. However, if they are not, they shall be treated
as external students.
3- The regulations applied to graduates of the House of Arabic and Religious Sciences, as well as the Religious Secondary School (with five years after
primary study), shall be the same as those applied to graduates of Teachers' Training Institutes; i.e., they are allowed to participate in
the general examinations for preparatory study for free and without passing the special exam for external students if
they are in the teaching service at the Ministry of Education or other ministries. But if they are not teachers at the Ministry of Education
or other ministries, they shall be treated as external students regarding fees and school examinations.
4- Students of the College of Sharia who have passed the general examination for intermediate study and two years have passed
are allowed to participate in the general examinations for preparatory study as external students, provided they take the school
examinations, and they are exempted from fees.
5- Graduates of the Primary Teachers' Training Institute for the year 1927 are allowed to participate in the general examinations for the purpose
of obtaining the secondary certificate.
6- Only teachers who have previously passed the intermediate study one year prior are allowed to participate in the general
examinations for preparatory study. This does not include non-teachers.
7- Students of the Institute of Fine Arts are entitled to [exemption from] general examination fees and must take the school examinations
if they have not previously taken them. As for those who have taken them, they are exempted from school examinations, and their
ministerial examination will be conducted as external students, provided they have completed the legal period that entitles them to do so.
8- Graduates of the Elementary Teachers' Training Institute, which has a three-year duration after primary school, are allowed to participate in
the general examinations for preparatory study as external students.

2- Students registered and attending vocational schools, those who passed and those with incomplete grades
in the annual average (i.e., the daily effort average before setting the final exam grade), are permitted to participate
in the general ministerial examinations for intermediate studies free of charge and without passing the exam specific to
external students, based on the following:
Schools in which they are registered | Those who passed and those with incomplete grades in the annual average
Industrial School | In the third and fourth grades, provided that they hold a primary school certificate.
School of Domestic Arts | In the third, fourth, and fifth grades.
3- Former graduates of the Teacher Training College annex or the first excellent section thereof who wish to
participate for free in the general examinations for intermediate studies without passing the exam specific to
external students are permitted to do so if they are still in the teaching profession at the Ministry of Education or other ministries; however, if they are
not, they shall be treated as external students.

2- Graduates of Teachers' Training Institutes (male and female), industrial schools affiliated with the Ministry of Education, and the School of
Home Arts, if the duration of their study was four years or more after primary study, are allowed to participate for free
in the general examinations for preparatory study without passing the special exam for external students, provided they
are still in the teaching service in the Ministry of Education and other ministries. However, if they are not, they shall be treated
as external students.
3- Regarding graduates of Rural and Religious Teachers' Training Institutes, as well as the Secondary Religious School (with five years after
primary study), the same rules apply as for graduates of Teachers' Training Institutes (male and female); they are allowed to participate in
the general examinations for preparatory study for free and without passing the special exam for external students if
they are in the teaching service in the Ministry of Education or other ministries. However, if they are not teachers in the Ministry of Education
or other ministries, they shall be treated as external students regarding fees and school examinations.
4- Students of the College of Sharia who have passed the general examination for intermediate study and two years have passed
are allowed to participate in the general examinations for preparatory study as two exams for those who must perform the school
examinations, but they are exempted from fees.
5- Graduates of the Primary Teachers' Training Institute for the year 1927 are allowed to participate in the general examinations for the purpose
of obtaining the Secondary Certificate.
6- Only teachers who have previously passed the intermediate study one year prior are allowed to participate in the general examinations
for preparatory study. As for non-teachers, they are not included in this.
7- Students of the Institute of Fine Arts are exempted from general examination fees and must perform the school examinations
if they have not previously performed them. As for those who had performed them, they are exempted from school examinations, and their
ministerial exam is considered as external students, provided they have completed the legal period that entitles them to that.
8- Graduates of the Preliminary Teachers' Training Institute with three years after primary study are allowed to participate in
the general examinations for preparatory study on the basis of external students.
