In view of what our representations have expressed regarding the necessity of organizing school trips undertaken by Iraqi students abroad
Iraq during their school holidays and to avoid any confusion or problems that may occur in this regard and to protect Iraq's reputation
abroad, please alert the administrations of colleges, schools, and departments belonging to you to observe the following matters: -
1 - Inform this Ministry before undertaking the trip by a period of no less than one month and provide it with the names of the delegation members
their number, the date of their departure from Iraq, the type of means of travel and the route they are taking, and specifying the places or sites they wish to
visit in the intended country.
2 - Avoid making changes or amendments to the names and the prescribed curriculum as much as possible
3 - The delegation should be under the supervision of a head whose experience and management the institution to which the delegation belongs relies on
to be responsible for the affairs and conduct of the delegation towards our representations abroad.
4 - The head of the delegation must contact the Iraqi representation as soon as he arrives in the intended country to agree with them on how
to implement and apply the prescribed curriculum.
5 - The travel of the delegation members should be conducted collectively, both going and returning

In view of what our missions have expressed regarding the necessity of organizing school trips undertaken by adolescent students outside
Iraq during their school holidays, and to avoid any confusion or problems that may arise in this regard, and to protect the reputation of Iraq
abroad, please alert the administrations of colleges, schools, and departments belonging to you to observe the following matters :-
1 - Inform this Ministry before undertaking the trip by a period of no less than one month and provide it with the names of the delegation members

In view of the approaching date of the general examinations for the three levels - primary, intermediate, and preparatory - please provide us
with the names of successful and re-sit students from the final classes (Sixth Primary - Third Intermediate -
Fifth Preparatory) in your schools, while observing the following points: -
1 - Names are to be arranged alphabetically - and must be complete and matching the students' civil status records.
2 - Two copies of the name lists are to be sent.
3 - The mentioned lists must not be delayed beyond May 6, 1955.
4 - We will not add the name of any student after the mentioned day, so please study and audit the lists and send them in their
final form, which does not accept crossing out or addition.
5 - In mixed schools, the names of female students are listed in one list and the names of male students in another list - as well as in preparatory
schools - the scientific branch - separate from the literary branch - the morning commercial branch - separate from the English.
6 - Next to each student's name, the word 'successful' or 're-sit' is listed with the name of the subject in which they re-sit, in the special field for remarks.
7 - It is preferred to write the names in ink or copying pencil, provided they are clear and easy to read.
