To all administrations of official and private primary schools for boys and girls under this Directorate
Please provide assistance to the mobile medical dressers and nurses when they are treating eye diseases among male and female students,
and facilitate their mission. Also, inform them that medical treatment for male and female students, after being examined by ophthalmologists and confirming their infection
with Trachoma or other eye diseases, is mandatory and not optional, as some ophthalmologists have noticed that most of these
sick male and female students have not visited the medical dressers and nurses during their visits to their schools for treatment.

This exposes the treasury to the loss of income tax amounts due, and the resulting necessity of fining whoever organizes the sending of lecture fee lists in your schools for every amount whose tax is difficult to collect, and also causes confusion in the settlement of accounts.
