In view of what our representations have expressed regarding the necessity of organizing school trips undertaken by Iraqi students abroad
Iraq during their school holidays and to avoid any confusion or problems that may occur in this regard and to protect Iraq's reputation
abroad, please alert the administrations of colleges, schools, and departments belonging to you to observe the following matters: -
1 - Inform this Ministry before undertaking the trip by a period of no less than one month and provide it with the names of the delegation members
their number, the date of their departure from Iraq, the type of means of travel and the route they are taking, and specifying the places or sites they wish to
visit in the intended country.
2 - Avoid making changes or amendments to the names and the prescribed curriculum as much as possible
3 - The delegation should be under the supervision of a head whose experience and management the institution to which the delegation belongs relies on
to be responsible for the affairs and conduct of the delegation towards our representations abroad.
4 - The head of the delegation must contact the Iraqi representation as soon as he arrives in the intended country to agree with them on how
to implement and apply the prescribed curriculum.
5 - The travel of the delegation members should be conducted collectively, both going and returning

Iraq during their school holidays, and to avoid any confusion or problems that may arise in this regard, and to protect the reputation of Iraq
