that it found the information shown below against the name of each of the Jews inquired about in your letter
No. 337 / 2551 on 10/8/1974. As for the rest of the names, we will inform you in a later letter about the status of
their nationality, please.

1- Yaqub Hay / A record was found in the name of (Yaqub Hay Lazra Rubin Al-Nawah, whose Iraqi nationality was revoked
according to the letter of the Presidency of the Republic No. 7622 on 8/2/67, notified to us by letter Q.S /
7014 on 8/7/67, and we do not know if he is the intended person or not.
2- Tuffaha Daoud / A record was found in the name of Tuffaha Daoud Haroun Levi, whose Iraqi nationality was revoked according to the letter
of the Presidency of the Republic No. 7155 on 7/18/67, notified to her by the letter of the Ministry of Interior
Q.S / 6370 on 7/21/1974.
3- Naeem John Yaqub Youssef / A record was found in the name of Naeem Yaqub Haroun in Baghdad after the law came into effect, and we
do not know if he is the intended person or not.
4- Ishaq Yaqub Youssef Ezra / Two records were found in the name of Ishaq Yaqub; the first was revoked by form No. 128 -
Kirkuk, and the second was revoked for an ID before the law came into effect in Baghdad. We do not know if one of them
is the intended person or not.
