The property referred to above is among the properties endowed under the endowment deed
dated 14 / 7 / 1946 attached to the endowment deed No. 23 / Sh / 45 issued
by the Personal Status Court in Baghdad.
Accordingly, this endowment is managed by our special committee and the Jewish
Community no longer has a connection to it.
As for the non-registration of the two endowment deeds with the Real Estate Registration Department, it does not change the fact that
they are endowed, and this was confirmed by the Court of Cassation of Iraq in its decision No. 116 and 202 / First
General Body / 72 dated 17 / 2 / 1973. Please take this into consideration.
