The Mosaic Community in Baghdad informed us in its letter No. T/1324/74 on 7/1/1974 that
those mentioned in the list attached to your letter No. A/6/1139 on 5/5/1974 are not
members of its community and it has no information about them. Upon our audit of the list, we found
the two entries mentioned in paragraphs 13 and 43 of the list are Jews whose citizenship was revoked, namely Rebekah Aaron
Ibrahim and her son Zaki Ibrahim Adassa. Their Iraqi citizenship was revoked according to the provisions of paragraph
(D / 3) of Article One of Law No. 161 of 1963, and their assets are frozen as of
the date of its enforcement on 12/28/1963.
