Through the Honorable Notary Public of East Baghdad
To Mr. Moshe Hayyim Sion, Respected
Residing at Shop No. 50H / 139 in Torah neighborhood
Greetings,
We bring to your attention that the lease term for the shop located in Torah neighborhood, belonging
to the Hadya Menashi Saleh School for Girls, will expire on March 31, 1949, according to the contract dated
4/1/1949.
Considering that the aforementioned leased property is an endowment (Waqf), and necessity dictates observing the interest of the endowment by making
the rental rates proportional to the benefit derived from the mentioned leased property, and based on the law exempting endowment
properties from rent control, and since the fair market rent for the above-mentioned property is 80 Dinars annually.
Therefore, you must be informed of the need to consult with us to agree on organizing a new lease contract if you wish
to continue occupying this leased property. Be advised that if you continue to occupy the property after
the current contract term expires without renewing it, this will be considered as your consent to lease the shop
mentioned above for the rental rate noted previously, amounting to 80 Dinars for a period of one year, which
you will be obliged to pay immediately after the contract expires, provided that we have the option at any time to file a lawsuit
against you requesting the evacuation of the property before the competent court and obligating you to a daily guarantee of (350 fils)
starting from the contract expiration date until the evacuation date.
We await your settlement of this matter amicably.
Please accept the highest respect.

Residing in the shop numbered 139/50 in Al-Tawrah quarter
Greetings,
We draw your attention to the fact that the period of your lease agreement for the shop located in Al-Tawrah quarter, belonging
to the Hadya Mashi Saleh School for Girls, will expire on March 31, 1949, according to the contract dated
April 1, 1948.
In view of the fact that the aforementioned leased property is an endowment (Waqf) and necessity requires observing the interest of the endowment and making
the rent amounts proportional to the benefit derived from the aforementioned leased property, and based on the law of excluding endowment
properties from the Rent Control Law, and since the fair market rent for the aforementioned property is 50/- Dinars
annually. Therefore, you must be informed of the need to consult us to agree on establishing a new lease contract if
you wish to continue occupying the leased property. Please be advised that if you continue to occupy the property
after the expiration of the current contract without renewing it, this will be considered as your consent to lease the shop
mentioned above for the rent mentioned previously, amounting to 50/- Dinars for a period of one year, which
