الواقعة في المجزرة الاسرائيلية في محلة فرح الله المرقمة ١٦/٢٤٢ لمدة سنة كاملة من ابتداء
اليوم الاول من نيسان ١٩٤٩ الى نهاية ٣١ آذار ١٩٥٠ ببدل ايجار قدره / خمسون
دينارا سنويــــــــــــــــــــــا .
ثانيا - ان المؤجر قد قبض من المستأجر مبلغ قدره -/٣٥ دينارا ( خمسة وثلاثون دينارا ) نقدا
والباقي وقدره -/١٥ دينارا ( خمسة عشر دينارا ) تدفع بموجب كمبيالة لمدة اربعة اشهر من
بداية مدة الايجار
ثالثا - للمستأجر حق اشغال المأجور كمقهى مدة الايجار وقدرها سنة كاملة وعند ختام مدة الايجار
ان المستأجر ملزوم بتخلية المأجور وتسليمه الى المؤجر خاليا من الشواغل واذا تأخر عن
ذلك فيكون ملزما بأن يدفع عن مدة التأخير بدل ايجار يومي قدره مائتان وخمسون فلسا
من غير حاجة الى انذار رسمي .
رابعا - ان ضريبة الاملاك على المؤجر ( صاحب المقهى ) اما الحراسة فهي على المستأجر وهو ملزوم
بدفعها منتظما كما وان المستأجر ليس ملزوما بدفع اجور الماء والكهرباء .
كتبت هذه المقاولة بأصل وصورة وقد احتفظ المستأجر بالاصل واحتفظ المؤجر بالصورة .

Notice must be given and permission obtained for any additions to the lights or apparatus other than those stated above.
يجب اخبار الشركة والحصول على رخصة منها عن الاضافات في المصابيح والاجهزة علاوة على ما جاء اعلاه .
Testing.—At least 48 hours' notice in writing must be given to the Company's Engineer that an installation is ready for testing. Before a test is made all work must be completed, no temporary wires or fittings being allowed. The contractor must see that all lamps and fuses are inserted and all switches turned on.
الفحص — يجب اخبار مهندس الشركة تحريرياً قبل ٤٨ ساعة على الاقل عن الاستعداد لفحص احد التركيبات .
يجب انجاز العمل برمته قبل القيام بالفحص ولا يسمح بترك اسلاك او تركيبات موقتة .
على المتعهد ان يتأكد بان جميع المصابيح والفتائل مركبة وان جميع الازرار مفتوحة .
No charge will be made for the first inspection and test, but if more than one test is found necessary, a fee of 380 fils payable in advance, will be made for each subsequent inspection and test.
لا يستوفى اجرة على الفحص الاول غير انه اذا اقتضى القيام باكثر من فحص واحد تدفع اجرة سلفاً قدرها ٣٨٠ فلساً عن كل فحص يتلو الفحص الاول .
No installation will be connected where the insulation resistance between the whole of the wiring and fittings and earth is less than 25 megohms divided by the number of points on those circuits, except that the insulation resistance of any final lighting sub circuit need not exceed one megohm.
لا يعطى الكهرباء الى اية تركيبات اذا كانت فيها المقاومة الحاجزة بين الاسلاك والادوات كلها وبين الارض اقل من ٢٥ (مكوم) تقسم على عدد نقاط هذه الدورات الا اذا كانت المقاومات الحاجزة للمصابيح المركبة على دورة فرعية لا تحتاج الى اكثر من مكوم واحد .
Caution.—Failure to give notice of any additions or alterations to the installation may damage the Company's apparatus for which the consumer will be held responsible, and it may also render it necessary for the Company to cut off the supply without notice.
تحذير — عند عدم اخبار الشركة عن الاضافات والتبديلات في التركيبات قد يؤول الامر الى اتلاف اجهزة الشركة ويكون المستهلك مسؤولاً عن ذلك وربما تضطر الشركة الى قطع المجرى عنه دون انذار .
