Meir Elias Hospital due to his need to leave Iraq, listed below are
the amounts entitled to the aforementioned doctor until the end of April 952,
whether those amounts are for accumulated leaves or

1- Ordinary Leaves: -
Dr. Sukman is entitled, pursuant to Article Five
of his employment contract dated 1 / 2 / 949 with Meir Elias Hospital,
to one month for every eleven months spent in actual service.

And the letter of Dr. Sesane dated 28/5/1952 and registered at the Presidency of this Sect under incoming corporal number 889 dated
29/5/1952 .
Please note the following and implement what concerns you regarding it: -
1 - The Corporal Council decided in its session held on 15/5/1952 to terminate the contract of Dr. Sesane based on his necessity to leave
Iraq (provided that his detachment be around 15/6/1952 as indicated in his letter dated 29/5/1952 referred to
above) and to pay the amounts due to him for his accumulated leaves and accrued salaries up to 30/4/1952
amounting to 887.635 Dinars .
2 - The salaries of the aforementioned person and his share of operations for the month of May 1952 and from the first of June 1952 until
the date of his detachment from it shall be paid, as well as his travel expenses by land to Singapore (Puin) from the hospital fund after deducting
what is due for income tax and other debts received from us regarding that .
3 - We emphasize to you the necessity of deducting income tax from the aforementioned person until 15/6/1952 (the day of the date of his detachment from the hospital) and
a copy of the letter that must be sent to the Income Tax Directorate to the Presidency of this Sect .
4 - The amount mentioned in the first paragraph shall be recorded as a debt on the hospital to the Corporal Council .
5 - We attach herewith check No. 812852 dated 1/6/1952 in the amount of 887.635 Dinars to the order of Dr. Sesane for
his accumulated leaves and accrued salaries up to 30/4/1952, requesting that it be delivered to him against a receipt .

Subject Summary: Granting Dr. Sustman a bonus of
fifty Dinars
Administrative Order
With reference to the Manual Lay Council resolution No. 52/899 dated 14 / 7 / 1952
1- Fifty Dinars shall be paid to Dr. Sustman as a bonus for the long and satisfactory services
he rendered to Meir Elias Hospital, on the occasion of his resignation from office and his travel outside Iraq.
2- The amount mentioned in the first paragraph shall be recorded as a debt on Meir Elias Hospital to the Lay Council.

2- To the administration of Meir Elias Hospital - for notation and implementation of what was stated in the second paragraph above.

Granting Dr. Sussman a gratuity of
Fifty Dinars
Administrative Order
With reference to the decision of the ⟦venerable⟧ Lay Council No. 899/52 dated 14/7/952
1- Fifty dinars shall be paid to Dr. Sussman as a gratuity in view of the long and satisfactory services
he rendered to Mir Elias Hospital, on the occasion of his discharge from duty and his travel outside Iraq.
2- The amount mentioned in the first paragraph shall be recorded as a debt on Mir Elias Hospital to the Lay Council.
