لقد طلب الي اعلامكم بانه بنتيجة مخابره طويله دارت بين المرحوم والدي وبعض
اصدقائه خارج العراق لقد تم مبدئيا تخصيص مبلغا يخمن بـ -/150 دينارا سنويا من ريع
وقفتي المرحوم عبد الله صالح شكر والمرحومه زوجته فلوره ع . شكر الى مؤسستكم وقد اشترطا
المتوليان على هذه الوقفية وهما السيدان كمبلي الس واخيه ادوين الس الساكنين في
سنغافوره على ما يلي:-
1- يخصص خمس واحد مما يصيبكم من ريع الوقفتين المذكورتين اعلاه لمشروع " تغذية
الطلبه الضعيفي البنية " في مدراشي تلمود توراه على ان يتم اعطاء الغذاء
لهؤلاء الطلبه في التاريخين التاليين :-
أ- بتاريخ 25 اذار عبري من كل سنه وهو يوم وفاة المرحوم عبد الله
صالح شكر .
ب- بتاريخ 3 آب عبري من كل سنه وهو يوم وفاة المرحومه فلوره
زوجة عبد الله صالح شكر .
على ان تقرى بعد الغذاء صلاة الاشكبا وقديش وهشكيبه لعلى روح المرحومين .
ملاحظه :-
اذا صادف اي من التاريخين المذكورين اعلاه يوم عطله للمدراش فيقام
بالاجراءات المذكوره اعلاه في اليوم الاول الذي يلي تلك العطله مباشرة .
2- تخصص اربعة اخماس ( اي البقية ) مما يصيبكم من ريع الوقفتين المشار اليهما اعلاه
لميزانية المدراش العامة بشرط ان توضع لوحه نحاسية داخل احدى الصفوف المشغوله
في المدراش ينحت عليها ما يلي:-

بالتدابير المقتضيه لارسال المخصصات المذكوره الى لجنتكم المحترمه مباشرة .
وبهذه المناسبة اود ان اعلمكم ايضا بانه يوجد الآن لدى المتوليين مبالغ متراكمه
لغاية سنة ١٩٤٩ من هذه الغلة تقدر حصتكم فيها بما يقارب ــ/ ٥٥٠ دينارا سوفتورسل
لكم صفقة واحده عند انتهاء الترتيبات المشار اليها اعلاه لحصر صرفها على المنوال المار

لقد اطلع المجلس مع مزيد الشكر والتقدير على ما جاء في كتابكم
المؤرخ في ٢٩ / ٦ / ١٩٥٠ بشأن وصيتي المرحوم عبدالله صالح شكر وزوجته المرحومة
فلورة شكر وقد قرر المجلس تأييد موافقة كل من لجنة المستشفيات ولجنة المدارس وجمعية
الايتام على شروط الوقفيتين المذكورتين مع الرجاء بالتوسط لدى المتولين على الوقفية المذكورة
لتحويل الغلة السنوية بواسطة المجلس الجسماني لكي يقوم المجلس بدوره على توزيعها
على المستحقين حسب الاصول .
ينتهز المجلس هذه المناسبة ليسجل جزيل شكره وجميل تقديره
للجهود المبذولة بهذا الخصوص سواء من المرحوم والدكم او من حضرتكم .

The Flora Shooker (Wife of Abdullah Saleh Shooker)
Trust and the Abdullah Saleh Shooker Trust.

We regret the loss of our friend the late Mr. E.H. ⟦Tawfick⟧
may his Sould rest in Peace, who first directed us for the dis-
tributions of the above Trust Funds according to the wishes of the
dedicators.
We are thankful to his son, Mr. Haim Eliahoo H. Tawfick
who readily offered his assistance to complete the fixing up of things
and enable us to distribute the accumulated funds of both the Trusts
for account the Jewish Charitable Institutions of Baghdad.
We now refer to your letter No.G/535/50 dated the 26th
July last addressed to Mr. Haim H. Tawfick, a copy of which we hold
and we are satisfied with all the arrangements he has made for the
distribution of these funds and we as Trustees of these funds wish
to indicate that the Committee would carry the arrangements always in
the same manner as agreed to, so that we would feel as Trustees that
we have done our duties by carrying out the wishes of the dedicators
and shall therefore be much obliged to you to fix up things accordingly
We have pleasure in enclosing herewith a D/Draft on
Eastern Bank Ltd, Baghdad amounting to I.D. 1,771-958 which are the
equivalent of $8,782.69 from the Flora Shooker Trust Fund and $6371.70
from the Abdullah Saleh Shooker Trust Fund ⟦Total⟧ amounting to $15,154.39
which please distribute in the following manner in three shares 1/3
share each to:-
(1) The Jewish Hospitals Committee.
(2) The Jewish School Committee (account Midrash Talmud Torah)
(3) The Jewish Orphanage Charitable Institution. oc
These funds have been accumulated with us up to the end
of December 1949, pending distributions and now we are glad to see
that it is going to the benefit of Baghdad according to the wishes of
the dedicators.

with your wishes conveyed in your letter of the 27th October addressed
to Mr. Huim Eliahou Tawfick, we have pleasure in enclosing herewith two
separate duplicate Receipts, duly sighned by us, as per details below:-
Receipt for $ 8,782.69-Flora Shooker Trust Fund.
Receipt for $ 6,371.70-Abdullah Saleh Shooker Trust Fund.
The counterpart of the above two amounts, amounting to
I.D. 1771-958, has been duly collcted by us, against D/Draft, in our
favour, on the Eastern Bank, Ltd, Baghdad, and equally distributed by
us to the following three institutions, their respective receipts, made
in Iraqi Dinars only, have already been forwarded to you under cover of
our letter referred to above:-
