We have studied the matter and found that the most appropriate solution to ensure that subscribers (official entities
and individuals) receive the Official Gazette and review the legislation issued therein urgently is for them to appoint
representatives on their behalf to attend the headquarters of this Ministry once a week or every ten days to receive the issues
belonging to them directly.
Therefore, we ask all esteemed subscribers to cooperate with us in implementing this method, and by doing so, we avoid
delays in the arrival of the gazette or its loss in the mail. Hoping to inform us as soon as possible of the names of those you authorize
to receive the gazette from the headquarters of this Ministry directly so that we can include their names in our records and hand over
