The failure to pay the brokerage fee on time does not entitle the owner the right to request the eviction of the leased property
because the brokerage fee is considered a debt on the conscience, and therefore an eviction lawsuit cannot be filed based on
the failure to pay the aforementioned brokerage fee. Since the first tenant, according to
the lease contract, was not authorized to use the leased property for residential purposes, otherwise,
at the end of the lease term, a lawsuit could have been filed against the second tenant
