In view of the actions committed by the student Fouad Ibrahim Yaqoub Abdul Aziz, who is in the third intermediate grade,
disruptive acts in the lesson of Mr. Hamid Al-Samarrai on Monday, 27/11/1967, and in view of the repetition of these
acts in the past despite being warned repeatedly about the necessity of maintaining silence inside the classroom,
the Discipline Committee met at the request of the specialized teacher on the same day and decided to impose the punishment of temporary
expulsion for a period of three days on the aforementioned student starting from Tuesday morning, 28/11/1967, with
the deduction of twenty points from his conduct average.
Ten points had previously been deducted from the student's conduct average on 22/11/1967, and therefore the
total points deducted from his conduct average has reached thirty points.
This is with the knowledge that the student is considered to have failed his grade if 51% or more is deducted from his conduct average.
