In view of the actions committed by the student Fouad Ibrahim Yaqoub Abdul Aziz, who is from the third intermediate grade,
disruptive acts in the lesson of Mr. Hamid Al-Samarrai on Monday, 11/27/1967, and in view of the recurrence of these
acts in the past despite repeated warnings regarding the necessity of maintaining silence inside the classroom,
the Discipline Committee met at the request of the specialized teacher on the same day and decided to impose the punishment of temporary
suspension for a period of three days on the aforementioned student starting from Tuesday morning, 11/28/1967, with
the deduction of twenty marks from his behavior average.
Ten marks had previously been deducted from the student's behavior average on 11/22/1967, and accordingly,
the total marks deducted from his behavior average has reached thirty marks.
This is with the knowledge that the student is considered failing in his grade if 50% or more is deducted from his behavior average.
