Regarding the tampering and recklessness in the school on Sunday, 5/31/1964, which led to a disturbance of order in
Mr. Hazem Shaya's lesson, the Discipline Committee met on Wednesday, 6/3/64, at the request of
the aforementioned teacher and decided the following:-
1- The committee decided on temporary dismissal for a period of two days for both Shaul Robin Muallem and (Saleh Fawzi) Khedhouri
Soler, effective from the morning of Thursday, 6/4/64, with a deduction of twenty points from their conduct average,
for the disruptive acts they committed. In view of their previous suspension from attendance at
school playing a role in their correction, and out of mercy for them due to the proximity of the final examinations, it was decided to suspend
the implementation of the first part of the punishment and suffice with deducting twenty points from the conduct average of each of them.
2- Ten points have previously been deducted from the conduct grades of the student Fawzi Shaul Robin Muallem on 5/6/64,
accordingly, the total of his deducted conduct points has reached thirty points.
3- Withdrawal of eligibility from student (Saleh Fawzi) Khedhouri Soler for this year.
4- The committee decided on a recorded reprimand against student Muwaffaq Bahjat Salman Deli with a deduction of ten points from his
conduct average for committing acts disruptive to order in various circumstances inside and outside the classroom, despite being warned
repeatedly about the necessity of maintaining quiet and order.
5- The committee decided to warn student Ibrahim Ishaq Ibrahim Mulla with a deduction of five points from his conduct average,
and as an excuse for the student's supervision of his work and his demonstration of remorse for the actions committed by him, the Discipline
Committee saw fit to waive this penalty for him if no other violation occurs from him until the end of the current
academic year.
This is with the knowledge that a student is considered to have failed his class if (50) points or more are deducted from his conduct grades.
