The Discipline Committee met on Thursday, 13 / 5 / 1965, at the request of both Mr.
Khalil Askar and Mr. Yahya Nezhat to look into the cases of the following students:
1- Albert Moshi Nassim Aqayreb.
2- Riyadh Qasim Muhammad al-Wattar.
3- Farid Moshi Nassim Aqayreb.
4- Murad Ezra Murad Shatoub.
They are from the First Intermediate Grade (A) and it has decided the following:
1- Imposing a temporary expulsion penalty for a period of three days starting from Thursday 13 / 5 / 1965 on each
of Albert Moshi Nassim Aqayreb, Farid Moshi Nassim Aqayreb, and Murad Ezra Murad Shatoub, with a deduction of twenty points
from the conduct average of each of them, due to their repeated disruption of order in various classes despite being warned
repeatedly about the necessity of maintaining order and quiet inside the classroom.
2- Imposing a recorded reprimand penalty against the student Riyadh Qasim Muhammad al-Wattar, with a deduction of ten points from his conduct average
at the request of Mr. Yahya Nezhat, the Arabic language teacher, for leaving the classroom without his permission and for not
responding to his repeated calls to return to the classroom.
3- That each of the students Albert Moshi Nassim Aqayreb, Farid Moshi Nassim Aqayreb, and Murad Ezra Murad Shatoub be bound by an undertaking
signed by them and their guardians at the beginning of the next academic year, pledging that they will maintain order,
obey, and improve their behavior; otherwise, the Teachers' Council will meet and decide to transfer them to another school.
Five points had previously been deducted from student Albert Moshi Nassim Aqayreb's conduct average on 8 / 11 / 1964,
and thus the total points deducted from his conduct average has reached twenty-five points.
It had also previously been deducted from student Farid Moshi Nassim Aqayreb's conduct average on 2 / 5 / 1965 twenty
