(( Copy of the Letter ))
Our beloved homeland is passing through an important developmental stage, a stage of transition from the corrupt monarchical era to the era of
the Democratic Republic.
From a stagnant, corrupt era in which false social values and concepts prevailed that conflicted with the rising liberation movement
of the peoples, to a bright and happy era aiming to eliminate corruption and vice.
The defunct era left us, for example, the trait of (( ostentation and effeminacy )) which was a social
phenomenon among the manifestations of the defunct era, this phenomenon that is far from virtue and solid character
and which is not consistent with the movement of progress and the spirit of liberated peoples..
Therefore, and since we believe that at the forefront of the July 14 society
are the teaching bodies, these bodies that carry the message of educating the rising generation, an education
consistent with the spirit of the mighty July 14 revolution that overthrew the heads of corruption and the machine of vice, we call upon
these willing bodies, the bearers of the enlightened and liberated torch of culture, to be a good example
for their students. The teacher in the school is a scientific source who builds men.. men of science, culture, and good
qualities, not a source of destruction that kills souls and corrupts the spirit) and a place to kill time without a sense
of responsibility. So, ensure not to appear in any appearance other than the one in which you feel self-pride, scientific integrity,
cultural status, and the educational mission carried by these bodies responsible
for educating our sons and daughters in a modest and virtuous upbringing. There shall be no more ostentation from today, nor effeminacy. When
the teaching bodies are keen on this, they are in fact forcing the entire world
to look at them with a look of greatness and respect befitting their lofty status and their position in the movement of rebirth and the launch
of our people towards liberation and good fortune.
Therefore, we call upon the virtuous teaching family to observe what is stated in this circular of ours, aware of its meaning,
understanding its content, cooperating with us in serving our people of female and male students with sincere, revolutionary, and constructive service
the new ..

Despite our great keenness to involve school students in expressing their joy
on various national occasions, just like other masses of the people, we are also keen that
this expression be a conscious and organized one. Given the difficulty for primary school students
to comprehend the national purpose of their outings, and due to the repeated attacks by many primary school students
on other schools, including throwing stones and tampering with their furniture, and even on members of the teaching staff
therein, we see the necessity for all teaching bodies and administrations to be strict and prevent
their students from going out regardless of the reasons, except after obtaining the Directorate's opinion on that. In case of non-compliance
with these instructions, we will then be forced to take the maximum penalties against violators.
