To - All primary school administrations in Baghdad city
Despite our extreme keenness to involve school students in expressing their joy
on various national occasions, just like other masses of the people, we are also keen that
this expression be a conscious and organized one. Due to the difficulty for primary school students
to comprehend the national purpose of their participation, and because of the repeated assaults by many primary school students
on other schools, including throwing stones and tampering with furniture, and even on members of the teaching staff
therein, we see the necessity for all teaching staffs and administrations to be strict and prevent
their students from going out regardless of the reasons, except after taking the opinion of the Directorate in that matter. In case of non-compliance
with these instructions, we will then be forced to take the maximum penalties against violators.
