National industries have begun to take rapid steps toward progress and perfection, thanks to
the great efforts exerted and the government's encouragement and support for these projects, and a desire to support these
industries, strengthen them, and find encouraging markets for them, this Ministry saw fit to urge the efforts of all
ministries and concerned departments on the necessity of observing this aspect and working by all means leading to
strengthening this comprehensive industrial renaissance by supporting it through the purchase of all its needs from them
and preferring them over imported and similar foreign industries because of the utmost importance in concentrating
the entity of national production and stabilizing it, especially in circumstances where this industry can be in a position
enabling it to compensate for its counterpart. Therefore, we hope you will kindly observe this aspect and generalize this to all

We would like to point out that security requirements and the maintenance of order sometimes necessitate that some members of
the General Security Directorate attend parties and meetings held in Baghdad and beyond to perform the duties assigned to them. To enable
them to do so, it is necessary to provide the General Security Directorate in Baghdad and its branches abroad with an appropriate number
of special tickets for those invited to the aforementioned parties and meetings. Please instruct those concerned to do so
and inform us.

Minister of Interior
Mr. Muhammad
Please take this into account when holding school
theatrical parties and others, and remind me to send an appropriate number
of tickets to the Security Directorate
