The Honorable President of the Administrative Committee for Iraqi Jews
Greetings,
Ms. Attia Ismail has consulted me, seeking a reconciliation with the Committee and a renewal of the contract after paying
all accumulated debts, expenses, and legal fees. She has also expressed her readiness for the annual
rent to be sixty dinars, bearing in mind that we have filed two lawsuits against her: the first, Eviction No. 2349 / 1959,
as she has not renewed the contract since its expiration date on 30 / 11 / 1957, and I have obtained an eviction judgment against her,
and the notice has been enforced at the Execution Department. The second is for fair rent, No. 2350 / S / 1959, in the amount of eighty-five
dinars, covering the period from the contract's expiration until the filing of the lawsuit, for which I have obtained a judgment and enforced it at
the Execution Department.
We hope for her to be assisted as much as possible and for us to be informed.
Below are the expenses.
Expenses for Lawsuit No. 2350 / S / 1959 (Fair Rent) | Fils | Dinar |
Court fees, inspection fees, expert fees, stamps, and fee | 5 | 800 |
Legal fees | 20 | ⟦line⟧
