The contract has been concluded between the Administrative Committee for Iraqi Jews (Property Committee) in Baghdad, hereinafter called the Lessor
And Mr. Sultan Masri, hereinafter called the Lessee, as follows :-
First - The Lessor has leased to the Lessee, and the latter has leased from the Lessor after viewing and inspecting the shop
located in Baghdad in Al-Tawrat neighborhood, numbered (137/80), to be used as
from the beginning of 1/4/Nineteen Hundred and Sixty AD until the end of 31/3/Nineteen Hundred and Sixty-One AD.
At a rental price of only 6 Dinars (Six Dinars annually)
Second - The Lessor received from the Lessee only one and a half Dinars, and as for the remainder amounting to four and a half Dinars
The Lessee must pay it according to the promissory notes whose amounts and maturity dates are listed below
