he shall be obligated to pay for the period of delay a daily rent amount of 400 fils per day without the need for a formal notice.

We had previously submitted a report to your excellency regarding Salman ⟦...⟧ ⟦...⟧ numbered
94/219 where the amount was deposited which the committee had reduced by 15% instead
of 20% and we considered that a violation and that we have the right to vacate the oven.
But the lawyer, Mr. Shaul Muli, after consulting him, sent him a warning

all accumulated debts, expenses, and legal fees. She has also expressed her readiness for the annual
rent to be sixty dinars, bearing in mind that we have filed two lawsuits against her: the first, Eviction No. 2349 / 1959,
as she has not renewed the contract since its expiration date on 30 / 11 / 1957, and I have obtained an eviction judgment against her,
and the notice has been enforced at the Execution Department. The second is for fair rent, No. 2350 / S / 1959, in the amount of eighty-five
