In the fifty-ninth session of the Council of Ministers held on 29/4/1952.
Your letter No. 5310 dated 10/4/52 was read, proposing the creation of a district and a sub-district in Erbil Province, and after
deliberation and for the reasons stated in the mentioned letter, the Council decided to approve the following: –
1 – Creating a district named ⟦...⟧ District, including Shaqlawa, Deira Harir, and Salahuddin sub-districts, and its administrative borders shall be
as follows: –
North – Mosul Province borders | East – Ranya and Rawanduz Districts borders
West – Mosul Province borders | South – Borders of the Center of Koya District and Center of
Erbil sub-districts.
2 – Creating a sub-district named (Salahuddin Sub-district) consisting of the sectors whose numbers and names are shown in the draft
of the Royal Decree attached, received from your Ministry within your mentioned letter, and its borders shall be according to the borders of the
cadastral maps for the mentioned sectors.
This is in accordance with the provisions of Articles 3 and 4 of the Provincial Administration Law, and the Royal Decree was prepared in
that manner.
Attached is a copy of the Royal Decree No. 221 dated 1/5/52 issued to that effect.

this Royal Decree on behalf of His Royal Highness the Great Regent.
Based on what was presented by the Minister of Interior and approved by the Council of Ministers -
1 - Creation of a district by the name of Shaqlawa District, followed by the sub-districts of Shaqlawa, Dirah Harir, and Salah al-Din, and its ⟦line⟧

the Ministry of Finance letter No. M/384 dated 8 / 4 / 952 was read. After deliberation and for the reasons stated in your letter, the Council decided
to approve the creation of a district named (Baghdad Province Center District), to which all sub-districts belonging to the center of the aforementioned province shall be attached,
namely the sub-districts of Salman Pak, Karrada Al-Sharqiya, Al-Dora, and Al-Adhamiya, and that the boundaries of the proposed district be as
