We have noticed when certifying students' school documents that some schools write
the documents in pencil instead of ink, and some of them write them on thin paper, and in this
there are risks not hidden from you. Therefore, we request that instructions be given to the schools affiliated with you regarding the necessity of writing
these documents and their like in ink and on thick paper. We also request that the documents contain the students'
examination numbers to facilitate their verification.

We list below the important observations and recommendations contained in the report of the Specialist Inspector, Mr. Yusuf Zainal, submitted
to us by the letter of the Head of Inspectorate No. 947 dated 22 / 8 / 951. Please circulate them to the schools belonging to you for their
information and to work on urging the administration and teachers to rectify the weak points referred to by the inspector in his report.
Signature - General Director of Education
1 - The level of students in the subjects I inspected was not satisfactory, and I found male and female students to be weak
in general in Chemistry and Physics in the intermediate and secondary stages, and in the rest of the sciences in the first intermediate grade.
2 - The weakness of male and female students in the first intermediate grades is attributed primarily to the leniency occurring in the grading
of the general examinations for primary education.
3 - A large group of male and female school principals neglect their duties and do not supervise the teaching staff with the required supervision,
which has caused a state of near-disintegration in those schools and led to a general weakness in the scientific level of those institutions.

With God's help and your support, we have decided to prepare radio programs in foreign languages to broadcast propaganda for Iraq and introduce the world
to the various aspects of its renaissance. Therefore, we would be pleased if you would kindly instruct the specialists in your ministry, especially the foreigners among them,
to deliver a series of talks in either English or French, each according to their specialization, provided that the talk does not take
more than 13 minutes. Please note that we are prepared to reward the speakers as the radio budget permits.
We will begin broadcasting these programs on September 1, 951.
I hope that this matter will receive your attention and that I will receive your response as soon as possible to prepare the curriculum accordingly.
