Copy of the Letter
On the occasion of the approaching month of Ramadan for the year 1371 AH at the end of the current month, and in view of the
great sanctity and respect this month holds, it has become necessary to adhere to the preservation of its religious rites and the maintenance
of its sanctity; therefore, we have decided to take the following measures during the mentioned month.

public places is limited to listening to Iraqi radio programs, Quranic recitations, news broadcasts, and sublime
talks.
4 - Not to grant permits to owners of public places to open their premises during the day unless there is an urgent necessity
calling for that.
5 - Not to open or operate entertainment venues before eight-thirty in the evening.
6 - Close all entertainment venues, bars, and liquor stores on the nights of (19, 21, and 27) of the blessed month of Ramadan.
