Respectable Chairman of the Administrative Committee of the Israelite Community
After greetings:
Muhammad Fannas, the tenant of shop number 9 B / 81, had
delayed renewing his lease agreement under the pretext that the Municipality would demolish
the property, and indeed the Municipality sent a warning to us and to the tenant
to demolish the shop. Now news has arrived from the lawyer that
he will delay the lawsuit because the shop is old and will be demolished.
I, in turn, told the tenant that we have won the lawsuit
and the remainder must be paid as a rent amounting to 100 Dinars
annually instead of the previous eighty Dinars.
After the lawyer sent him a warning, he came and we agreed
with him that he pays fifty Dinars in cash and the rest
in installments, and we organized a contract for him for that. We hope for approval
to sign the contract, and many thanks to you.

In view of the document issued by the Property Custodian, it appears that the debt has no place
for its collection, nor is there a known place for her residence ⟦...⟧. Therefore, there is no objection to filing the lawsuit
if we obtain ⟦...⟧ at the mosque ⟦...⟧ for him, because the money he has is less than the threshold limit
to seize his property or his excess household furniture and fulfill the claim. Therefore, the lawsuit
is not accepted until the debtor's place of residence or the location of his assets is found for any part of
the claim, otherwise it would be against the fees and known attorney costs. This is with
utmost respect 24/2/97
