We are sending you herewith the list of names for the students of your school
after we have assigned the examination numbers to them, along with the required number of cards
for entry to the general examinations for primary education, hoping for the organization
of the cards with the names of the students, and fixing the examination numbers on them,
and auditing the list, and informing us of any error if found so we may take the necessary
measures to correct it while observing the following: -
1) The director (or headmistress) is the person who is responsible for certifying the
aforementioned cards after organizing them and placing the photograph and the revenue stamp of
(40) fils and the Palestine Rescue stamp of (10) fils on them, and stamping them
with the school stamp, provided that the class advisor in boys' schools or the class advisor
in girls' schools participates with them in signing the examination entry card.
This point is worthy of care as the head of the examination center
(or the headmistress of the examination center) will not allow any student
(male or female) who does not carry an entry card for the examination (his or hers)
bearing two signatures (the signature of the director and the class advisor) or (the signature of the headmistress and the class advisor)
to enter the examination hall.
2) The number of sent cards exactly equals the number of examined male or female students.
If a card is damaged during organization, the director or the headmistress of
the school must consult this directorate to replace it after presenting the damaged card.

3) In the event that the male student (or female student) loses the participation pass card
for general examinations, the aforementioned male student (or female student) shall be provided
with an official letter directed by the school administration to the director (male or female) of the
designated examination center for the students of that school as a replacement for the lost card,
provided that it bears the student's personal photograph and examination number, or (the female student's
personal photograph) and her examination number, and that it is subject to the fiscal stamp fee
and the rescue stamp, stamped with the school's seal, and certified by the Directorate of Education
of the Baghdad Brigade.
4) We emphasize the need for male and female students to keep their cards and not
subject them to damage or tampering, and to carry them during the examinations, as it is absolutely
forbidden for any person to enter the examination hall without them. We also request that you alert
students to the necessity of studying the examination instructions and applying them literally.
5) Please acknowledge receipt of this letter and its attachments with an official letter immediately.
