Subject / Punishment of students
The Disciplinary Committee met under the chairmanship of the school principal on Sunday and Tuesday, 11 / 1 / 1959
and 13 / 1 / 1959, and decided to impose a temporary expulsion punishment for a period of three days on students Sabah Saleh Moshi and Farid
Youssef Hayawi Natash from the first intermediate class (A), effective from tomorrow, Wednesday, 14 / 1 / 1959.
The committee also decided to deduct twenty points from the behavior average of each of them for committing acts that violate order
inside and outside the classroom on numerous occasions, despite being warned repeatedly and for their failure to obey orders
issued to them by Ms. Atifa and the administration immediately.
However, in view of the damage that their deprivation of school attendance would cause to their academic achievement, it was decided to suspend the execution
of the first part of the punishment and suffice with deducting twenty points from their behavior average only, provided that the punishment is executed
in full upon the first violation that occurs from them.
This is with the knowledge that a student is considered to have failed his class if 51% or more is deducted from his behavior grades.
This is in accordance with Article (40) and Article (41) of the Secondary School Regulations for the year 1954.
