In view of what both Daoud Farid Daoud Samra and (Saleh Fawzi) Khadduri
Shaul Sofer, both from the third intermediate grade, committed acts detrimental to order in
various lessons and multiple circumstances despite being warned repeatedly of the necessity
of maintaining silence inside the classroom. The school administration has decided the following:-
1- Imposing the penalty of recorded reprimand against each of them.
2- Deducting ten marks from the behavior average of each of them.
Note that a student is considered to have failed his grade if he loses
51% or more of his behavior marks.

of tampering and recklessness in school on Sunday, 31/5/1964, which led to the disturbance of order in
the class of teacher Hazem Shaya, the Discipline Committee met on Wednesday, 3/6/64, at the request of
the teacher concerned and decided as follows:
1- Imposing a temporary expulsion penalty for two days on both Fawzi Shaoul Robin Muzayyin and (Saleh Fawzi) Khedhouri
Sofer starting from the morning of Thursday, 4/6/64, with a deduction of twenty points from their conduct average
due to their repeated commission of acts disruptive to order. However, considering the harm that depriving them of attendance
at school would cause to their academic achievement, and as an act of mercy towards them due to the proximity of final exams, it was decided to suspend
the execution of the first part of the penalty and suffice with the deduction of twenty points from the conduct average of each.
2- Ten points have previously been deducted from the conduct grades of student Fawzi Shaoul Robin Muzayyin on 6/5/64
and thus the total of his deducted conduct points has reached thirty points.
3- Withdrawal of eligibility from student (Saleh Fawzi) Khedhouri Sofer for this year.
4- Imposing the penalty of a recorded reprimand against student Muwaffaq Najib Salman Delli with a deduction of ten points from his
conduct average for committing acts disruptive to order in various circumstances inside and outside the classroom despite being warned
repeatedly about the necessity of maintaining quiet and order.
5- Imposing the penalty of a warning on student Ibrahim Ishaq Ibrahim with a deduction of five points from his conduct average,
but in view of the mentioned student's admission of his mistake and showing remorse for his actions, the Discipline Committee
saw fit to lift this penalty from him if no other violation occurs from him until the end of the current school year.
This is with the knowledge that a student is considered failing in his grade if 51% or more is deducted from his conduct grades.
